Avoid at all cost.
Springs coming through the mattresses, no air conditioning.
Had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Rooms were never hoovered while we stayed.
Staff had no interest in any of the guests staying in hotel.
We were part of a group staying for five nights saw a receptionist twice, once on checking in and again at checkout.

We served our lunch on the hotel's terrace, after a bad experience at Snow Restaurat.
The waitress got our drinks really quick and afterwards the food came out one after the other. First the soup, which followed straight after the drinks, and the mains as the soup was finished. For desert we had the Romanian traditional "Papanasi" which came in a large cocktail glass filled with cream and jam.
The food was top quality and delicious!
The service also was great! Keep up the good work!
