I stayed at the Hotel Edinburgh August, 2022 for 1 night when I was on my EV6 bike tour across Europe. My stay at the Hotel as an absolute incredible and delightful experience. Before it was a hotel, it was a castle in near ruins. In talking with Mariana, the owner (along with her husband) it took over 3 years to renovate the building to become the Hotel Edinburgh. The hotel has 8 rooms. The hotel is deocorated with a Medieval flair with huge statues in the reception area with full coat of armor. Mariana said her husband and her husband had traveled throughout Europe to antique shops and markets looking for various items to decorate the hotel. It was an amazing experience to see. A lot of the hotel has the original oak carved ceilings, doorways, etc. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed. Mariana had me put my bike in another room of the hotel.
The hotel has a wonderful location near restaurants and convenience shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and recommend it very highly!
