The room was fine but was a little disappointed with the storage fee to leave our bags after check-out. Also, it was difficult to get fresh towels especially since we were staying for five days.

We had a great apartment which was clean and lovely to walk into. It was in a quieter place of the city and was a 25-30 minute walk to the busier side of old town. (£2.

A lovely clean hotel in the centre of the city close to all the restaurants and bars. Quiet and air conditions rooms were welcome in the extreme heat. Comfortable beds with a clean bathroom.

Very close to the Old Town, great location. Find easily free parking around. Clean nice room, new and clean towels. Thanks to Raluca, helped us a lot when we arrived a little bit early.

The moment you walk in to the hotel you're greeted with some of the most friendliest, and pleasant hotel staff I've ever met, cannot fault the staff whatsoever.

The room was very spacious and very clean, the bed was 1.8m with clean sheets.

The location isnt very close to the city center, but its ok to walk if the weather is good. The staff is very friendly and kind. Also the breakfast is very nice and with lots of options!

The hotel has a very old and historic atmosphere. It’s a nice and decent place, but it definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars — barely even 4. Still, I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s clean and peaceful.

So some may question the five star rating but this hotel is 150 years old and has fantastic old world charm. If you want all the mod con amenities go somewhere else.

This is the best place to stay in Bucharest. The concierge is very accommodating. Everyone is extremely friendly. Stayed here with young children — by far better than any hotel.

The absolute best place to stay in Bucharest if you are here for an extended stay. Each room is large, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. The atmosphere is sophisticated and very calming.

Perfect for the tired traveller at a fair price. Clean, quiet but welcoming near Baneasa airport, accessible parking.

Great apartment but no sound on TV, not a huge issue but was pouring with rain outside and we needed a distraction. Clean and convenient to Metro. Owner VERY helpful.

The room was very clean. The housekeeper came every day to clean the room. There's hot water 24/7. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is adequate.

Next to the Mall, good value for money. Breakfast was ok, not like other reviews mentioned, the food was ok and the Coffee very good. Plenty space in the restaurant.

This was a fabulous place. I am so happy I chose it for my first visit of Bucharest. They were sobice, helpful, organized. I was amazed that everything was automated, online door opening and similar.

Huge room, super clean, has every electrical applince you could ever need. The only problem we hadwas getting in to the parking because we arrived at 5 a. M but it worked out in the end.

No elevator, while the rooms are on the 3rd floor.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed. One of the staff came out and parked our car for us! In the rain!

Location spot on. Its in the city centre. Walking distance to tourist attractions. It is not too far from the airport approx 35 mins.

Spa they said is under maintenance. I dont rhink but anyway … breakfast a la carte … the restaurant is only open for breakfast not other moment in the day.

The apartments are incredible. We had a very nice experience. Nearby Cismigiu Park. All restaurant very close.

Check in was easy in the early morning with their coded access system. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The staff and management were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

We are so thankful to the hotel. The girl at the registration was really helpful since she informed us that we can check in earlier, it was very helpful since we were with the child.
