Hotel Ildis

Good location, near downtown. Service is very poor — in the morning we didn’t have current water, kitchen smell all over. Also, we booked 2 rooms for us and our friends. We checked in, and after 1 hour we received a call that our 2nd room has an issue. The person that called us was disrespectful. When we told him that we want our friends to stay with us he told us that we should all move to another place. In the end the fixed the room. Not good experience. We will never stay in this place.

Okay we’re do we start about this hotel. It is the biggest dump I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. We stayed here a few days ago with the promise of air conditioning. Clean rooms good service if I could give zero stars that would be my request. I change room three times because the air condition did not work in any of the rooms. When I went to reception to complain the people told me that knew nothing because it was not our hotel they only worked here. They could not fix air conditioning and they could do nothing for us. They have no breakfast facilities no restaurant no coffee facilities downstairs they have a vending machine supposed to be a good hotel please avoid this place.

It is a good deal for economy budget. The rooms are cleanish, a little bit crowded, no coffee station in rooms — but a common area with coffee and tea available. It is no uptown, but in a quiet zone. Very easy acces to LIDL, PROFI (24/7) and also nearby bus stations.
