As French I was bit lost, but they speak English perfectly and helped me with everything I needed.
I recommande 100%, and if you looking for a place to stay this is the best way to learn about Roumania with fluent English speakers.

A squeaky clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The place is a few minutes away from the city center by walking. The hosts are very nice, prompt and ready to offer immediate support if needed. I totally recommend it!
