Complex Eos

Reviews regarding the staff are quite mixed. Some guests describe the employees as very friendly and kind, while others complain of rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of respect, particularly from the front desk receptionist. A significant language barrier has been reported: English-speaking guests note that the staff refuses to assist, claiming they do not speak English.

Guests rate the food as very delicious and high-quality. Drink prices at the bar are considered reasonable. However, bar service can be slow, even when it is not busy. While food can reportedly be ordered to the sun loungers, there was an instance where an order was mistakenly left out in the sun in the dining area.

Room conditions have drawn complaints. Guests report missing air conditioning remote controls—making them impossible to use—and non-functioning lighting in the bathrooms. Cleanliness issues have also been noted, such as finding toads in the kettle, along with an inconveniently steep drive leading up to the rooms.

Opinions on cleanliness are divided. Some guests find the pool to be very clean, while others complain about dirty and unkempt sun lounger cushions as well as general lack of maintenance. Concerns were also raised regarding the need for more thorough housekeeping in the restrooms.

The pool is described as large and clean with a comfortable water temperature. However, guests frequently complain about a lack of order and discipline: children and teenagers are allowed to jump into the water and play ball, creating a public beach atmosphere that disturbs those seeking quiet. The number of sun loungers is sometimes insufficient, and some parasols may blow away in the wind. Additionally, an extra fee for DJ services may be included in the entry cost.

The atmosphere can range from relaxing to chaotic. Many visitors complain about noise due to unsupervised children and teenagers in the pool. Additionally, neighbors and guests report disruptive noise from fireworks during late-night parties, which can be heard even from a considerable distance.

There are dogs present on the property, including large Carpathian Shepherd Dogs. Some guests view them positively, describing them as smart, while others report instances of aggressive behavior toward passersby and note that the dogs roam freely around the grounds.
