The place is generally nice, but for the price, we expected much better.
At the entrance, there were no available sunbeds — no one told us if any would become free. They just offered us a table, but still charged the full price.
It was very crowded, the pool is quite small, and there’s not enough space.
The most frustrating part was the service. If you don’t speak Romanian, staff simply say “we don’t know English” and walk away. No menu, no attempt to help.
For such a high price, we expected at least basic customer care and respect.

Low quality, low service customer, I won’t return here ever again. The receptionist was out when arrived and I had to deal with security guard for room arrangements.

For Iași it makes 5* for me. Usually not too crowded, good quality music for pool, on the chill side and people there are very welcoming and kind. Plenty of parking spots close by.
