Very nice and very clean hotel. Hotel very well located with many amenities nearby.

Just what you would expect from a 3* hotel. Rooms are ok, but the conditioner is a bit loud. Breakfast is good but not awesome. The hotel has a pool and a gym. The pool is closed, and looks a bit gloomy honestly.

The rooms are decent, in my case it was a suite, but they are pushing quantity over quality. The breakfast they serve is lackluster, not many things to choose from and the coffee machines look dirty. Going back to quantity over quality, yeah they have a pool and what not alongside free parking with the rooms, but I'd rather pay each of these for that extra bit of cleanliness where it's needed.

The hotel started early Cheausescu. It's a 2 * minus. The repair was not at least 30 years old. It is not even a hotel is difficult, rather overnight stay for one night, but at that for good money. Yes, there is a spa center downstairs (a small pool, a simulator, a sauna) but also not in the most decent condition. As all comers come from the street. Probably at the expense of the spa and keep the price. Rooms are very small, no balconies, cleanliness is not special, bathroom 2kv meters (type of shower on the street). The staff is friendly. There are no Khalatov. In short, left not the best impressions! The Condeans are weak and not cleaned, and open the window that noise from the street. The only plus is that there is a mall and a royal castle (Palatul Culturii).

I spent some beautiful nights at this hotel. The view was very special, because I had a room at 11 floor, I admired the Palace of Culture. The services were very good. The rooms are small, but are perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy their free time.

Amazing location in Iasi, be sure to ask for the rooms with a view, it's only 10 lei more per night. But the location is perfect to explore the Palace and mall and even walk down the street in the city centre.

Wonderful place, no any doubt! But conditions of this hotel needs to upgrade. Yes, it's ok for now too, but for a hotel with 3 stars it's poor. There are in Romania a lot of better hotels with 3 stars. The view to Palas and city is amazing, in the day and night. But in general was very good. Breakfast was ok. Not wow but at least you can choose what you want to put in your plate. A lot of coffee choices. Hotel's position in the city is the best. Here is a mall right next to hotel.

Never again Staff unhelpful, breakfast awful, pool/sauna belongs to a different trust, the only worth thing there is the view.

Good 3 stars hotel right in the city center. Clean, but old and you can see it in every detail. I didn't have breakfast, but I don't think I loose anything. People working there are nice and the parking is free. Rooms have a beautiful view and Wi-Fi is working. Good raport between what you pay and what you receive.

With some small improvements this hotel could be raised to 4 star. Location is the best and they should capitalise on that; reception and few details here and there could make a huge difference.

The hotel is old. The room was very clean. Very noisy. At the bottom of the night club, all night there were blows of bass. The room was very clean and the food was very poor. The bed is good, comfortable. TV shows 4 channels. Shower, it's a nightmare. Curtains stink, very dirty, watering is broken. Well, not really. Saves the view from the window.

Clean and functional hotel, even if the decoration looks a bit oldish (it's only about the looks because otherwise is in a very good state — surprisingly good state for furniture that looks made in the 80s). Ideally situated in the city center just next to the Palas complex, the view (at least from the top floors) can be breathtaking — I had a 9th floor with view on the Palas. Add on top of this the very good price, correctly sized rooms, included breakfast, free Wi-Fi and pool access, and you get one of the best choices you could make for a stay in Iași. The breakfast is a buffet, with both salty and sweet choices, while for the pool I can't say much, I didn't go. Don't judge this hotel by its looks, it is much better than it appears to be.

Old but decent hotel The view is stunning, the staff helpful and polite. Very good location and good connection with the main landmarks of the city.

People say it looks old, which it does in places, but room is renovated and clean. Everything seems to work fine. Very good value for money.

It's an old hotel from the communist era. The rooms are so-so, the hot water takes a while to reach upper floors. The restaurant personnel is god awful. Apart from that, the location is nice and rather cheap. That was my room's view.

Excelent location, but that's was the only thing this hotel had. The beds are awful, the fuse in the room make an annoying noise, and the bathroom fan is like a hurricane. There was no soket around the bed and in the entire room was only one socket. The second star is for cleaning services.

Un Loc Superb. Recomand. Good location, I would say the best in Iasi. Recommend.

Finally finished the restoration of the castle. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was very good hotel. And good service.

The food isn't good, the rooms don't look as nice as in the pictures.
