They should respond to emails of customers who made reservations long before the corona outbreak. Just to communicate how to deal with the situation that was caused by corona. My wife asked questions via email and we never got a responce. Not responding and let your customers in doubt is bad. Very bad. Communication is the way to resolve.

Exceptional location right next to the palace, the restaurants/coffee shops and the shopping area. Spacious rooms with a wonderful bed, very clean, very friendly staff always willing to help you, amazing breakfast, good restaurants inside the hotel. I definitely recommend it!

The reception staff were very unhelpful and so unfriendly when we visitied in March 2018. Shame as it is situated in such a good position in Iasi but the attitude to us, perhaps as English speaking customers, was terrible. We could not even get a hand with our suitcases into the hotel from the Taxi even though they had a porter there who was so lazy. It was a sad visit to our favourite City in Romania!

Beautiful, modern hotel with clean and well designed rooms. The service was excellent, very friendly no matter the time. The rooms are spacious and with walk-in showers. The room service is clean and personal (the draped my sleeping shirt in an order I've never seen before :) Breakfast ranges from continental to mediterannean.

Travelling in Iasi will be a good idea if you have a room with a view. This hotel will be the best. We have been here for 5 nights, two adults with our 3 and 5 years old daughters. The room was perfect to accommodate us and our 4 + 2 trolley. The king size bed was excellent. The room was clean. The view to the Palace of Culture was the same like in the website photos. The breakfast served at first floor offered a good variety of food, excellent quality. Good coffee and cappuccino.

On paper 4 stars and they really try… Just not cohesively enough. Still lots of service issues, they behave very formally but don't excel at solving most problems/requests & are quite slow with everything from checkout, room service, booking spa appointments… Speaking about the SPA, half the things in there work, they look clean and tidy, in the jacuzzi 2 out of 6 spots work the rest motors are broken. Very very very firm beds — I sleep in a lot of hotels — this is hands down the firmest mattress I've ever seen. After 4 nights the I had a serious back pain.

Great location and excellent rooms. We had an amazing view of the palace of Culture. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which has a nice view as well. There are many restaurants and two large shopping malls nearby. Unfortunately we couldn't try out the breakfast because we had an early flight.

Great location with a good view of Palace of nature! Very close to Palace and plaza to spend time for variety of things to do like eating, shopping and strolling. Hotel itself is very clean with a good amenities. And it offers free wine coupon which you can use at the wine bar at ground floor. Recommended.

Come to this hotel regularly since opening. Find it very clean, tidy and above all great friendly staff. The equipment is excellent. Can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Iasi. Not the cheapest, but absolutely worth the money.

Excellent hotel. All the good remarks are really OK but… We were 3 persons in October 2016, everything was excellent. We check out at 0430 in the morning and supposed to receive"breakfast to go". But nothing was prepared and the 30€ we paid were forgotten. OK problems happens once but not twice. After 2 months I received an email from the sales department announcing that the ladies from reception forgot to put in my bill 75€, the town tour I took. The only problem was that I was born in Iasi, speak perfect Romanian, I finished high school and had one year of university. I think that is a part of the GET LUCKY method, when you don't know the person and try everybody suspect. After an angry but polite response I received another email that they checked again and found their mistake. No apologies received.

Stayed a number of times for business, very nice hotel. Both restaurants are nice but would recommend checking out the area around them first.

Amazing service as always very helpful and dedicated to make sure that you will spend the best journey ever. Hotel is nice, breakfast is nice too. They are very kind and they always make you feel special. I recommend you to go there without any doubts!

Clean, new and beautiful hotel. The breakfast offers a large variety of tasty food. Generally: it's a very nice hotel if you're not counting on a spa vacation. The water in the pool were too cold for us and it wasn't possible to stay in it for too long. The jacuzzi was warm enough for a pool, but definitely not as warm as you would expect from a jacuzzi. Also, ask on what day they change the water in the jacuzzi, because on that day the water is freezing. I think it was Monday. I'm not sure. Also, massages are only available at certain hours and certain days and they are not available on Sundays.

This hotel has nice rooms, great facilities and a good breakfast. The staff speaks english very well.

Hotel located in city centre close to Palace. Offers good sized rooms, well maintained. Spa, swimming pool and conference rooms are available. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely best hotel in Iasi.

Very nice hotel, clean, large rooms, parking included, High Speed Wi-Fi, kind staff, rich Continental breakfast, very close to a huge Mall and 10 minutes walk ti city center. I don't know about public prices, my Company has a commercial agreement with the hotel.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Iasi. Perfect cleanliness, convenient location, staff are pleasant with the guests. In General no complaints.

Great place to stay, close to the center. Rooms are very comfy and clean, with plenty of space. Perfect beds and pillows. Breakfast is tasty, with lot of healthy choices. The spa is rather small.

Don't book there! The Hotel is newly build and if you are ignoring the fact that some appliences are mounted the wrong way around (room 408) and you may be continuously locked out of the room due to system errors it is of good standard. The staff however is not well trained, here is a list of our four day stay misery at the hotel: 1: no cot for baby, even it was confirmed in an email. 2: food poising for little baby girl and wife at restaurant Tirol (hotel restaurant and room service) 3: hotel staff not informed of how to call a doctor. 4: male manger in the room whilst emergency services treating my wife. (privacy and humiliation) 5: lied to by the restaurant manager about confirmation letter of attendance of ambulance for insurance (apparently it's a law that they don't issue anything). Luckily we had friends that knew this was wrong and the ambulance team emailed us confirmation 6. Charged for the rotten food 7. Manager promised to call back never did. ("Name your time and day and I'll definitely call"… Last we heard of him) 8. Lost all our flights and apartment in Bucharest due to longer stay in Iasi. No help offered. 9. Hotel charged for a key delivery service but package never arrived. 10: when paying bill, staff tried to charge me in local currency (all was booked in pounds and euros) without showingany breakdown of bill.

Nice and clean hotel. Good service. Child friendly. Good breakfast. Free parking. Very central. Only things that were small disappointments were that the sky bar was closed and the Wi-Fi is spotty.

Today is one of the best hotels in Iasi with big, clean rooms and very nice view over the Palas mall.

Twin beds are a little small, but service and everything else was great. Location is awesome.

I love this Hotel! Thank God a goof 4 star luxury hotel finally opened in Iasi. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna. Amazing after a whole day of meetings. The rooms are very nice and modern and you just feel welcomed. Not to forget the 7 star location which is literally in Palas Complex.
