Clean, there is a shed to lock your bicycle and they give you the key you get a single room with en suite bathroom. I planned to stay 4 days but I was kicked out on the 3rd day because it was over booked. Luckily I found another place to stay but Alfredo had arranged for one of his friends to put me up anyway, (6km out of town though, so I declined) Wi-Fi is a bit unreliable on the top floor. There's a nice shady courtyard for chilling out. One of the cleaners has the most emaculately plucked eyebrows I have ever seen on a man.
Good place, great location, there is amazing garden beer near to the place. Highly recommended when you get to city.
