I got really excited when I heard this is a 4 star hotel but here's some things that really pissed me off;
My bathroom ceiling was leaking.
They don't clean the pool overnight, it was full of leaves and dead flies and some sand too.
The food isn't really that good like the reviews say, I tried cereal and I almost spat it right back out and then I ordered bean soup and I didn't really like it.
The private sea has jellyfishes both my little cousin and uncle got stung (you guys could really add a net to block off jellyfishes the 2 times I got in the sea I got out the next 6 minutes scared for my life)
The air filter in the bathroom is super loud.
Here's some things I liked;
The beds are super comfortable.
The AC always works.
Balcony view is amazing.
Nice staff and the rooms are always getting cleaned in the morning.
Free soap, body wash, shampoo and towels (both body and hand towels)
Lot of closet room.
Overall the hotel focuses more on room quality rather than food quality and outside cleanliness (like I said the pool had a lot of leaves and also some deck chairs had some sand on them) but there are also a lot of restaurants nearby so I guess that's better.
I would say the hotel deserves 3.9-4.1 stars instead of 4.3 (August 2024)
Very nice restaurant with great atmosphere and live music.
We had delicious fresh grilled fish.

Didn’t stay at the hotel, but the restaurant is atrocious. Very long waiting time for everything. You have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to bring your menu, another 10 minutes for someone to take your order. If you want to order something else you will definitely wait a long amount of time. The tables aren’t cleaned and you will find yourself waiting for a menu at a dirty table. The busboy only takes the food, while the table is left dirty. The server (yes, it’s only one for the outside area, for about 10-12 tables) will drop you on the table a single menu to a table of 4 without any apology. Some menus are also missing pages of food/drinks. The food is fine at best, but avoid the pasta in particular, the cook likes to use a very large amount of oil. Pizza was served half cold and the dough was soggy and undercooked. The fish was fine and it’s probably the only thing I could recommend eating here if you are forced to. The staff is okay, but they are severely understaffed and clearly undertrained. Avoid this restaurant if you have another choice.
