The check-in process is a point of contention: some guests checked in several hours early without any issues, while others complained of long queues and check-in wait times ranging from 20 minutes to 4 hours.

The dining receives extremely contradictory reviews. Some guests find the food tasty, varied, and sufficient for everyone. Others describe it as mediocre, repetitive, cold, and overcooked, complaining about a lack of quality products and poor chefs. Frequent mentions are made of long queues in the restaurant due to poor organization, a shortage of cutlery, and empty trays toward the end of the shift. Drinks are generally available in sufficient quantities, but the quality of hard liquor and machine-dispensed juices is rated as low.

The condition of the rooms is rated as inconsistent. Many guests complain about old, worn-out furniture, leaking refrigerators, and a general need for renovation. The hotel features a large pool with slides for children, which many describe as very beautiful and clean. However, there are complaints about cold water and debris (such as hair) in the pool. The issue of sun loungers is acute: guests often reserve them with towels early in the morning. The administration attempts to combat this by removing items after a guest has been absent for 30-40 minutes, but not everyone is satisfied with the effectiveness of this measure.

The hotel has its own beach with a sandy entrance and clear water. There is a bar offering drinks and coffee on the beach, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. The main problem is the high occupancy and the "war for loungers," where people occupy several spots per room. Some guests noted that the sand has become very hard in some places, resembling concrete.

The hotel organizes animation for children, including face painting and games. In the evenings, musical shows and dance group performances are held, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, some guests complained that the music was too loud, causing ear pain, and noted poor organization of the viewing areas where people blocked the view for others.

Overall, the hotel is suitable for families due to the proximity of the beach, the presence of children's slides in the pool, and the evening entertainment. However, parents complain about the late start of lunch (at 13:00), which does not align with the sleep schedules of small children, as well as the general bustle and noise during meal times.
