It was the third time when we’ve been in this place, two times already with our child (3 years old).
I was hoping that something changed there on the two years that we missed to go, but no…
First of all, the room is ok (we’ve been in Brize) clean, let’s say, but the toilet wasn’t clean so good and the brush near the toilet was dirty😒. When I went out from the room and I asked the 2 young people that are making up the rooms to remove that brush from the toilet and to replace it with plastic one, the men answered to me very rude, almost he even didn’t look at me. Ok, let’s pass this already.
In the evening, we went in the restaurant, Leto, to enjoy and have the dinner with my parents and our child.
The food was ok, me personally I ate fish (lup de mare), everything was ok till the night when I started not to feel good at all from my stomach, I had a very bad pain on my stomach. I was feeling bad 2 days from our 3 days of vacation😊.
When I claimed this to the manager of the hotel, he said, of course, that they cannot have such problems because are coming many people and children. Voila! To me happened, so for sure that fish had something not ok. I heard him anyway screaming in the kitchen to the employees to be very careful how they deposit the fish!
The food in the morning and lunch is average for the prices that we paid, and when you enter inside the restaurant is a not nice smell.
NO FIRE SECURITY CERTIFICATE.
Placed at the entrance and at the restaurant, the poster attached (only in Romanian) informs clients that this business doesn’t have the fire security certificate. An information very useful to have when you pay for your vacation not after.
There are no safeguards to watch the pools.
Big machines for cleaning the pool are left at the kids water playground for days.
Pool was cleaned while people were in it, in the middle of the day.
Rooms are very clean and nice, but with the fire security certificate missing, nothing matters.

We stayed here in August 2024, a family with a 3 years old. The hotel is great for families with small children up to 10 years old (maybe). The room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were changed every 3 days. We were provided daily with water, coffee and fruits in the room. The food included in half-board (breakfast and lunch) was great. For breakfast there were choices for everybody, ingredients looked like good quality. For lunch there were 4 types of soups, chicken, pork, beef, fish and seafood, salad, various side dishes and deserts. The food from Leto Restaurant, a la carte was not so great, a 7 maybe.
The pools were cleaned (not daily), the staff was kind. They provide parking lots with a guard. There are a lot of playgrounds (in the pool, a garden, near the restaurant). A kids and adult show every night. Private beach that was well maintained with a bar.
Improvements needed: the food from Leto restaurant (a la carte menu).
For us it was a good value for what they offer.
