The rooms we're pretty well cleaned, but in some of them the furniture was old, the beds were extremely loud at the smalest movement.
Outside, the barbecue and table area is useful, but for the guests living downstairs, the smell and noise others made was disturbing, they had to keep their windows closed.
The beach was ok, with fine sand and a nice view towards the lake, but although it was private, anyone could just come by and you couldn't leave anything of value on the table.
