I had a very unpleasant experience at this accommodation. The host was extremely invasive and inconvenient. He was constantly in the kitchen, watching our every move and wondering why we were using the pots and plates. Moreover, he was entering our rooms when we were not there, which was a serious violation of our privacy. I do not recommend this accommodation if you want to have peace and privacy!
Mr. Owner, if you keep going into guest rooms, at least try to be more subtle and don't forget the doors open!
➜ Manager, a kind of job, the room was clean, the bathroom was sanitized, shared balcony but it didn't bother me, better shared than nothing, there is also a kitchen where you can put/cook your food, in the morning the manager makes coffee for the guest a + from my, it's really a bit far from the sea if you walk, but it was a pleasant experience in general.

All grandmotherly and beautiful, until you get to talk to their daughter, Claudia, who if she continues to talk nasty to the customers, she will gradually run out of them, especially since the location of the villa does not help.
The location doesn't help much, the cleanliness so-so except for the linen which was clean, they have a big problem with coming after 10 o'clock, let's say we stayed at the asylum, we didn't come on vacation!
Her father had impressed me the first year they opened. Super respectful man and was an excellent host then, then it all went downhill.
We wanted to go back though, but when I heard how disrespectful the lady above, Claudia, can be, I said I'm not going there again for the life of me.
The location is ok for me, being quiet, but that's not all that matters. Plus you have ok prices and okish accommodation (only the linen is clean) for nothing, if the behavior is execrable. Hot marketing!
