3 years into my time at Solid Magic Residence — great location, reasonable value, one feels appreciated as a guest. One employee/manager, Claudia, is absolutely the best-immediately cares for and solves any issue, always with a smile on her face — she a blessing to us long term residents and clearly an asset to the ownership group. Love the place — now renting 4 apartments here.
Stayed at this hotel with several families with children in the last week of July. The hotel is opposit the Magiq aqua park. Very close to all attractions: Beach, promanade, Luna park, Gondola, etc. Has also large parking!
We enjoyed our atay very much: we had good large rooms (actually apartments. ) Very good breakfast, excelent atitude of staff. As a whole — very much recomended!

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were attentive, pleasant at every interaction, and very professional. During our stay stay, we requested cleaning a few times, and each time the staff gladly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, a traditional Turkish breakfast that added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for both the service and the atmosphere.
