When we arrived at the hotel, our room hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to be moved to another one. Unfortunately, the room service was almost non-existent. They didn’t even refill the coffee or tea, and there was no sign of the bed sheets or pillows being changed during our stay.
One evening we ordered dinner from a local restaurant, but the order arrived without any cutlery. We went to the reception to ask for some forks and spoons, but they told us the restaurant was closed and they couldn’t help us. It was surprising that a 4-star hotel couldn’t provide something as basic as a fork.
Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. The only good thing about this hotel was the pool.
