Clean rooms, very clean bed linen, cozy kitchen. The room was warm and the water was hot. A very good price offer if you're just going to spend a few nights. Attentive concierge Svetlana.
If you are traveling by car. Since the street is very busy, I recommend pressing the right side of the car against the curb as much as possible.

Just a wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, crisp linens and a full kitchen to use and share. The caretaker was conscientious and helpful. The only downside is it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and grocery. Only 4 minutes to the bus stop. Restaurants are 10 to 25 minutes away or take the bus downtown for 55 US cents.
