Excellent place and hosts. Large, comfortable rooms with lovely balcony views. Very professional yet warm hosts. They really looked after us. The food and drink was amazing abundant country style! And the multiple quality cups of coffee each morning made the start to each day good for me. I highly recommend Pensiunea Marioara!
Excellent place to stay and really experience the traditional Maramures county. I recommend it if you would like to try traditional Romanian house, traditional Romanian food and really do ask them for 'horinca' — best of the best, organic, home made. We loved staying here!
