Having booked and paid a week before, we called an hour ahead to announce our arrival. The receptionist said she'd be leaving at 20:00 even though the check in time they offer is 18:00. That already put us in a disadvantage: we had to hurry, grab the keys and she left before we got to really check the rooms. The top one had a broken door to the balcony so we couldn't open it to get air in the room on a summer's night (over 30degrees C in the room. ). The air conditioning had no remote. And of course no one answers the phone after 20:00. Bathroom windows are sealed with plaster walls. The place is a hazard! Also, they closed down the restaurant and there is no market for 1 km if you need a bottle of water. They offer none in their service but claim 4 stars. The swimming pool's water is green and dirty, in high season. Also, stray dogs down the road make one take the car to move around.
The rooms are nice but the water pressure is low and the hot water comes with delay.
