➜ Why do I recommend this hotel? First of all the cleanliness, in the rooms warm, we did not encounter any problems of any kind, and the delicious food, the staff very attentive to the needs of the customer. I want to congratulate all the staff who day by day take care of everything you need to have satisfied customers!
Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I have been waiting over a month for our money back. We cancelled in plenty of time but the lady in charge just keeps making excuses about why she hasn't returned our money. Absolutely awful. Thrives who don't honor their word.
