Camerele sunt foarte bune. Spatioase si comode. Dezavantajul e ca nu exista balcoane. La mancare, daca aveti all-inclusive este bine. In schimb, preturi foarte mari.

Bad choice, don't go there old hotel 1. Bad breakfast 2 day of 3 we ate outside. 2. Very old hotel 3. Noise at night (wedding hall) 4. Bad smell in the rooms, food smells all around the hotel 5. Broken old bathroom. 6. "Non-refundable" price for they are certain guests will leave once they experienced the "bad service"

Swimming in bad condition, room carpet is dirty and bed is smelly.

Extremely dissapointing, considering the price and the 4 stars rating. The outside walls are covered in cheap marble tiles, old furniture and decorations, bathroom walls had mold everywhere, no electrical outlets near the beds, the air in the room was heavy and off-putting. Due to the unacceptable conditions I haven't thought about taking any pictures as I rushed straight to the reception desk demanding for a refund. This is the silver lining, as they accepted a full refund and they cancelled my stay, after attempting to offer me a different room (which didn't have any mold, but matched the same poor quality conditions aside from that). I would be extremely skeptical before booking a room here unless they will be doing a complete makeover on every one of their rooms. I've seen better 2 stars hotels and this is sadly not an exaggeration. The only thing keeping me from rating it 1 star is the fact that they accepted waiving my fees.

Carpet is gross. Needs replacement, as does the elevator. The glass in the shower doesn't fully block the water, so be prepared to use the toilet with a wet floor. Somewhat classy and nice. 2 minutes from the beach, so a great location.

I know this place since it was called Palm Beach, few years ago. Back days it was 4 stars hotel. Now lack of investment from the new owner made it more like 3 stars hotel. Nice, quiet but is not 4 stars anymore.

Bad experience, the room are old decoration, no coffee maker, slow services, breakfast not that much, you can see flys around you! look the pic, the bathtub leeking!

Is actually more like a 3 stars hotel. Medium cleanes … nice personel… on brekfast not to much diverse food but no health problems. Yet… at the time I was there they offer free beach bed on Aroa beach. With is not that bad… and a small attention to those on the beach who manage those beds can push you a few rows closer to the sea… one over the other… not a bad place to spend a few days…

Been there for new years eve. Definitely coming back in the summer. The staff and I are now friends. Lovely people.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is that you feel like home. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous. My room had all the conveniences we could hope. I loved the breakfast service everyday. I will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit. Such a nice place.

The rooms are very bad sound insulated, you can here everything that the people next door are doing. Also the duplex apartment are build with very light/flexible materials, so, when someone climbs the stairs you think that an elephant is running on the ceiling.
