Loudy, bathroom dirty, at breakfast you didn’t had to eat…. Just some chesse, not even vegetables, the room had a baddd smell like the window was not even opend. So don”t come here, it’s to expensive for what they offer. Am the note on booking and tripadvisor si to high for this cheap hotel.

Good Breakfast, not amazing but good.
Nice rooms, clean enough.
The Pool Sauna and Jacuzzi are verry small and are also open for the public not just guests (which is ok) but it can get crowded. Its great that its opened up until 23:00.
For us we went on a weekday and it was acceptable.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They are undoubtedly one of the hotel's greatest strengths.
The breakfast was a wonderful surprise. While the selection wasn't extensive, everything was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. Compliments to the chef. I also asked for a few items that weren't on display, and they were happily prepared for my family without hesitation, which was greatly appreciated.
There are, however, a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was seeing a fully clothed guest using the jacuzzi, which didn't seem particularly hygienic. Clearer guidance or enforcement of pool and spa etiquette would help maintain hygiene standards for all guests.
The bathrooms could also benefit from improved ventilation, as the lack of airflow was noticeable. The mattresses were firmer than expected, which may not suit every guest, and the carpets would benefit from a thorough deep clean to better reflect the standard the hotel aims to provide.
Overall, I feel the hotel falls slightly short of a four-star experience and would personally rate it closer to a strong three-star property. That said, the outstanding staff and excellent service made the stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements, the hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.
