➜ Nothing to say, the best of high-end hotels. Everything is perfect. Staff at the top, reception at the top and services at the top. 5 stars widely deserved and justified. There will always be dissatisfied.
➜ Amazing this hotel! A heated above-ground pool of extreme insensitivity, raw materials, a four-poster wooden bed close to the latter, without cushion without mattress without anything! You might as well sit on the floor. I make a call with my husband to the spa: looking annoyed I am asked to repeat my question, to finally learn that you have to pay 20 euros per person to make hamman? But where are we going! A five-star! And the prices of the restaurant, the we are squarely on another planet. People, go to the Diana dea or the saint alexis… 5 days ago even we were at the boucan… and even there with one star less, blued by the view and the room. One last thing, if you are looking for an ice cube for your overpriced cocktail, serve yourself in the pool.
