Huge shoutout to Ramsay, Hanas, and Muna for their exceptional service! This wasn't my first visit, and it definitely won't be my last. It’s rare to find a team that delivers such high-quality service every single time. I’m always happy to return!

Koyel, Munna and Michel were amazing during breakfast this whole trip. All the other staff in this hotel were amazing as well. Everyone was super friendly and made this trip so much better. We would also like to thank the in-room dining staff for their amazing service, especially Darshen (who I hope I remember his name correctly) who made our last evening memorable. Thank you all for genuinely making this a memorable trip for me and my daughter.

A magical place filled with tranquility, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality.
The Chedi Hotel in Qatar is truly a wonderful place. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were absolutely amazed: the radiant white design, the beautiful oriental style, the harmonious colors, and the profound sense of calm instantly enchanted us.
Hiba at the reception welcomed us with exceptional warmth and kindness and personally escorted us to our room. The room was located on the second floor and offered a breathtaking view of the sea.
In the evening, we were welcomed by Wael Radwan, who surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. We were completely overwhelmed by this stunning suite — the tranquility, the location, and the unique views of both the sea and the skyline are simply incomparable. Wael left no wish unfulfilled and impressed us with his outstanding professionalism combined with genuine warmth.
We would especially like to highlight the friendliness, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality of Hiba and Wael. Even the most beautiful hotel is nothing without such remarkable and charming staff members. With passion and sincere kindness, they make this place a magical sanctuary of peace, relaxation, and deep serenity.
The breakfast staff also deserve special mention for their incredible friendliness and attentiveness.
As frequent travelers who have stayed in many hotels around the world, we can honestly say that very few places have ever enchanted us as much as this one.

I am delighted to share my wonderful experience at The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort. If you are looking to feel like a resident of a palace with impeccable service, this is the place for you.
The hotel exceeded our expectations: superbly professional staff, spacious and exceptionally cozy rooms, with housekeeping attending to details multiple times a day. While the grounds are not vast, they are thoughtfully designed for the comfort of both adults and children. The dining was outstanding, offering delicious and varied cuisine.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team, from the lifeguards to the top management. Our conviction in their professionalism was solidified during a minor incident when my mother sprained her ankle on the beach. The entire staff acted with remarkable efficiency and coordination: they provided first aid, called an ambulance, and arranged a seamless transfer back from the hospital. A special personal thank you to Manager Mr. Wael for his oversight and support.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Kristina and Chaima at the Reception, who were always accessible and helpful with every request. I must also mention Sarah, whose radiant smile every morning during breakfast set a positive tone for the entire day.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly (Hanas, Pooja, Johan, Koyel) attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Service was fast, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

We stayed 12 nights in this beautiful Hotel — it was my second time in this Hotel. As my first experience, when I stayed there alone, was so good that I brought this time my family and even the parents of my girl friend with me. We all had an absolute amazing time. The architecture of the hotel is marvelous, the rooms with balcony and loveley sea view are unsurpassed, the location is one of the best in Qatar but what this Hotel makes really outstanding are the employees. As I wrote in my last review: I have really been to hundreds of 5 star Hotels in the world and was treated very well everywhere — but in the Chedi Katara Hotel you are treated even better than somewhere else — it is on another, higher level.
Koyel and Sara from the restaurant both greet you with a lovely smile and give you the feeling like you are visiting family. Both take best care of all your wishes when arriving in the restaurant: your favorite spot, shade and everything else. So the start of the breakfast is already perfect. The baker Said makes the best zatar bread in the world and is so lovely friendly — it is always good to see him.

The food was absolutely excellent—beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and prepared to the highest standards. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, making the overall experience truly memorable.
