TIME Rako Hotel

Had stayed almost all hotels in Qatar. The service provided here was amazing. Especially the housekeeping, was ready to tide up the room as we want, didn’t hesitate to do. The welcoming inside to the hotel was very warm with a pleasing smile of the security personnel, staff from Kenya. Remembering the Medzo restaurant staff Mr Abdul khader and Naresh who served us with a friendly approach.
Looking forward to stay here again as a staycation. Me recommending to all.

I visited Sraidan Restaurant with my wife and we truly enjoyed the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. We ordered the seafood platter and seafood soup, and both were absolutely amazing and full of flavor.
I would also like to give special thanks to the waiter, Rayen, for his cooperative attitude and excellent service. He made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.
It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back again.

One thing I just noticed, receptionists should smile more with guests, as simple Hi, Hello. Most of the time they are serious.
For the towels, it seems there is a shortage of towel sometimes. But if you call, they will provide it straight away.
All in all, my stay was good.

I visited with my family and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and it’s very welcoming atmosphere from the reception. The location is near al wakra beach it’s very relaxing. Big thanks to all the staff they are very helpful and friendly.

The service is excellent. Whatever we asked for was brought to us in less than 10 min. The room is spacious for 2 adults. The bathroom was provided with all amenities. It is located in Al Wakra. Around 25 — 30 min to Souq Waqif. It has a mosque nearby. Has an old souq nearby (souq al wakra). Also nearby the hotel, there are 2 fastfood spots for quick grab. The workers were helpful. And since we booked this hotel, literally last min, on the same day of 1st Jan, it was such a great value among all the options available.

I recently stayed at the Time Roko Hotel in Al Wakra for 4 days, and it was a fantastic experience. Even though the hotel is located about 15 minutes away from Doha City, the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing stay.
Here are a few highlights from my visit:

• Impeccable Cleanliness: I was very impressed with the housekeeping. They cleaned the room thoroughly every single day, ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment.
• Generous Amenities: The complimentary tea and coffee setup in the room was excellent and well-stocked. It’s those small touches that make a stay comfortable.
• Ideal for Families: If you are traveling with family, this area is wonderful and very accommodating.
Overall, despite being a short drive from the main city, the quality of service and the comfort of the rooms make it 100% worth it. Highly recommended! "

During my stay at Time Rako Hotel, Al Wakra from 2nd December till date, I had the pleasure of receiving service from Mr. Naresh at the restaurant. His service and behavior have been absolutely outstanding.
Mr. Naresh is extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He always ensures guests are comfortable and takes care of every requirement with a positive attitude and a warm smile. His dedication and customer-friendly approach truly enhance the dining experience.

Time Roka Hotel was very good. The food, facilities, and everything were excellent. We went there for my sister’s cousin’s wedding, and I liked everything very much. If we have any function in the future, we will definitely go there again. Thank you.

Have stayed here for almost 16 weeks in total in 2025, hotel rooms are good, unfortunately the hotels services are lacking!
— for some reason, the hotel doesnt have enough towels to service all the rooms, so they often remove towels, clean your room and then forget to replace the towels…. Has happened 20 times in past 40 days!
— have complained about the phone not working in room over 10 times, nothing done about it, each time I need the towels they forgot to replace I have to walk to reception as I have no phone.
— have to complain to reception every day regarding ‘express’ laundry taking 2 days every time yet charge for express service.
Will be advising my company to avoid this hotel in future, which is sad as we currently have over 12 rooms booked for the past 6 months!

The hotel is in a good location not to far from the main attractions. The rooms were a disappointment. I expected the hotel to look way better given the photos online. The hotel could use a little remodeling. I overlooked it because the staff were extremely nice. Awesome staff. If its one reason I would come back it would be because of the staff. They go above and beyond. No request is to big, they will meet your request.

We had breakfast today at MEDZO Wakra Restaurant, and it was awesome! 😍
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The hotel's lobby presents an aesthetically pleasing environment. The check-in and check-out procedures were efficiently managed. I extend my sincere appreciation to the staffs especially to Fatiha whose welcoming demeanor, pleasant smile, and effective communication significantly enhanced the guest experience. Always welcoming us with a smile and going that extra mile to make us feel special… the best team!

A clean, beautifully design hotel. The personnel is efficient, kind and welcoming. Mr. Milan, who makes my room everyday, even folded my clothes that I forgot to put away today.
I extend my stay via online booking twice and when I went down to check in again, the receptionist had my new card and contract already prepared.
Buffet breakfast is nice, everyday I take two fresh pancakes and the moment I walk in the restaurant the order of 2 pancakes is placed for me without me even asking. I highly recommend this hotel.
