Façade rectification works are planned at the White and Blue Buildings on the sea and pool side of the hotel, taking place from 10 September to 31 October 2026. The project includes replacing selected façade glass and balcony glass panels, with scaffolding installed around the affected areas. During this period, the Courtyard Pool will be open from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM, while the Infinity Pool and Kids Pool will remain fully operational. Noisy works will be allowed only until 08:00 PM, and noise levels will be carefully monitored to minimize disruption for guests.
The operating hours of the Main Pool and Jacuzzi will remain unchanged during the Ramadan period, from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
The Gala Dinner supplement applies to both venues:

One of the pools will be undergoing maintenance during Ramadan. However, both the Kids Pool and the Infinity Pool will remain open.
We have just retuned following two weeks stay at Rixos Gulf Doha. The facilities at the hotel and in the hotel room are of a very high standard. The staff at this hotel ensure you have everything you need and are extremely well trained.
During our stay we used all restaurants and found the food and drinks to be of excellent standard. The waiter service in the two a la carte restaurants were exceptional, special mention for Togu from Mr Tailor’s and the two young Indian waiters in Rasa.
We used the Concierge service to arrange several days out where we found Sonita to be very knowledgeable, helpful she even chased us up the road one morning to provide some additional information to make our trip more enjoyable.
There were many instances where staff when beyond the norm but we must mention Sonia and Eric from Customer Relations who were absolutely brilliant in making our stay unforgettable.
The staff work very hard ensuring the resort, room and facilities are kept outstandingly clean.
