My friend and I were waiting in the lobby for a taxi. The security and a receptionist were asking us to leave the lobby because we couldn't wait for five minutes for an Uber, and they said it was hotel policy. Considering the weather outside, they should respect human beings and their wellbeing. The lobby was empty; nothing would happen if we stayed there for 5 minutes. Pathetic hospitality.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Every room I saw had issues: clogged drains, leaking bathtubs, and an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The bar area is open to anyone from the street — there is no effective security, only the appearance of it. Noise continues until 2 a. M. Every night, and calling the front desk results only in empty apologies and false promises to resolve the problem.
I had booked for two weeks but left after the third day due to the unacceptable conditions. They refused to refund the unused nights. The environment is dirty, unsafe, and filled with people looking to take advantage of tourists.
For your own safety and peace of mind, avoid this place entirely.

The hotel was very good and clean, I had a good experience with the Algerian supervisor Amine, he helped me even when I forgot my papers at the airport, he handled it and let me stay at the hotel till I got my things, thank you so much to all the staff also🙏

June 16 2025 between 10-11pm shift staff includes receptionist on the first right computer and a staff loke a guard are very. Unprofessional. They might not be in a good mood or they might not happy in their life but I believe that atleast they genuinely treat visitors nice.

One of the worst stays of my life. I tried calling the reception desk to send some bottles of water to my room they weren't picking up moreover the calling machine was broken. What kind of awful service is that? before leaving we asked the room service to keep some water bottles in front of our gate and they guy was like ok mam, came back no bottles were seen. I recommend everyone to look for better alternates this hotel doesn't deserves 4 star at the most they deserve a 3 star.

Great hotel. Rooms are spotless and spacious. There’s even laundry machines in the rooms! Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

The best thing about the place is that it’s right beside a hypermarket & the metro station. Otherwise, wouldn’t stay here again.
I will list a bunch of small things, that honestly were whatever to me, but some of you might want to know so here they are!
Small lobby and entrance with not much parking along what they call “Garage Street”.
Very kind security and front desk staff!
Was given 5th floor. Elevator takes a lil long to move up and down, but I guess that’s why the mirrors inside are there to distract you lmao.
Room smelt a little weird (like cigarettes? ) every time I went inside.
TV had various channels, could connect YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, and via HDMI cable on the back — yay!
View was eh and windows were tinted a lil yellow which made it feel kinda sad lol.
Plug adapter was provided — LOVED that.
First time showering — nowhere to put shampoo conditioner bottles on — just put it on the ground. The water easily overflowed and went out of the shower so I had to put the shower on the lowest pressure.
Doorbell didn’t work so had to check if the person saying “Room Service” was for me or not.
Overall room I found a little dirtier than other hotels I’ve stayed at for similar prices but that’s okay — budget travel I guess!
Could hear the club music from the 5th floor every night. I was able to sleep, but I know if my mom were there she’d complain hahahah.
People at the breakfast place were incredibly kind! Great service!

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, and the staff are kind and helpful.
However, cleanliness is lacking, with an unpleasant smell and visible stains, room cleaning is only done on request, and the towels are sometimes worn out.
Additionally, soundproofing is poor, although changing rooms improved the experience.

Bullshit, like I have to pay 100 reyal damage fees for a dirty towel?
Just stayed there for a night and they charged me 100 damage fees just bcz 1 towel got dirty, wow that's nice, towel is for 30 reyals outside.
Never recommend.

The hotel staff, without exception, were all very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The restaurant only offers breakfast at a reasonable price and has a variety of good dishes. The room was excellent, its furniture was good, and it was cleaned and the sheets and toiletries were changed daily. Therefore, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Never come here. First, the man at the reception 'forgot' to return my passport. When I requested he said 'will do later'. I did not trust it and insisted to receive my passport. I booked a non smoking room. All rooms, even with non smoking signs smell badly like smoke. I took the room with least smoke. The hotel contains a very shady club and bar and there are some type of women walking in and out that makes it bit cringy. One little soap that's it.

My stay at The Victory Hotel was truly amazing (2 Weeks) The service was impeccable; every time I needed something, it was promptly delivered to My door. The staff were consistently respectful, friendly, and attentive, making me feel very well cared for.
The reception staff and restaurant staff (on breakfast duty) were especially friendly and wore smiling faces.

The victory hotel in doha nice quiet place staff are friendly and humble the reception guys are amazing I forget the name both of them they're from Bangladesh I would like to highly recommend it but I would like to say victory hotel management to provide some toiletries like dental kit atlease including towels quality not good very old when I was checked in I inform about TV not working since 8.40pm I call they said I will send someone to rectify the problem but untill morning nobody came to check please focus on that because we are paying for the same thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay at (Tha Victory Hotel). The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful specially the receptionist guy. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I'll definitely be back!
