I have been staying here (room 108) since almost 1 month and my honest review would be "PATHETIC" services. I wish I could give 0 star in rating.
1. I have been complaining about the internet since day 1, it's been 27 days now the issue is not yet resolved. They have provided Wi-Fi extender in room but it is of no use. You will still face the internet issues.
2. While booking they will say they will provide Wi-Fi but no dedicated Wi-Fi connection in the room.
3. They share common area Wi-Fi.
4. No internet in bed room.
5. Too many cockroaches in kitchen.
6. No lockes in the washroom door.
7. Flush doesn't work in washroom.
8. The only advantage is rooms are bigger in size and property is near to Lulu and metro station.
9. Outdated TV — can't watch YouTube or other OTT Apps. Need to have fire TV stick if you want to watch YouTube or other OTT Apps. Again, major issues with the internet so Fire TV stick will be of now use.
10. Room cleaning once in a week — simply cleaning the rooms.
My personal recommendations would be NOT TO GO WITH this property, La Villa Suits or La Villa Appartment woul be way much better choice as:
1. They provide dedicated internet connection in room.
2. Smart TV in the rooms so you can watch YouTube and other OTT Apps.
3. Very helpful staff.
4. No cockroaches in the kitchen.
5. Amazing services.
6. Room cleaning service every alternate days.
7. Pillow covers and bedsheets will be changed every alternate days.
