A Line Hotel

Best service best price and staff is very decent highly recommended.

Do NOT book here online, they are scammers,
I booked about 5 days befor, and when I reached to there they said they are fully booked by other people, and I spend the next 4 hours looking for another — Sadly over priced — hotel.

Total 4 days we stay in hotel room 9 th floor I ask for cleaning they told us will clean in 10 min but they don’t clean very disgusting services.

This was a very bad experience. They care more about money than keeping their words. Not recommended at all.

Never book your stay in this hotel! This was my worst experience ever! They don’t treat you well and they change your booking as per who ever pays with a higher rate!. I am super disappointed and never faced such a bad experience before.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite mixed. While the location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions, the room itself was not up to standard. The cleanliness could have been better, and I was disappointed to find that they do not provide tea in the room. Additionally, the chair in the room was uncomfortable, and one of its legs was broken, which was a bit of a safety concern.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was surprised when they asked for extra money for an early check-in, even though I only arrived an hour before the check-in time. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its great location, but improvements in room maintenance and customer service would make it a better stay.

Very nice place comfortable and peaceful rooms and the staff of the hotel is very nice especially I would like to say thank you mr. Kamal sheikh duty manager he is very nice man and helpful in all the ways. The service of this hotel is very good.

Really appreciate all management teams members specially Mr raaj and other night shift reception purson they are very kind and helpful and very professional too they treat me me very well and room was big and clean atmosphere was very good thanks for all A line hotel team.

Next time will definitely come back and recommend this hotel for all specially for families and long staying.

Great size rooms/bathrooms, Staffs were polite and helpful, the Gym was first class, would highly recommend it and will definitely visit again soon.

Very comfortable stay with professional team in A line hotel Qatar. Cleaning is quite impressive and management is very cooperative I really appreciate to Mr. Bilal on reception very polite and active customer service he provided to me.

There is an egyptian reception person he is very rude.
1) first of all he have no manners how to talk.
2) secondly he assign me 402 whihc lock is not working at all when I informed at reception he keep asking money although I given him SAR and asked him to wait until I will go to exchange and convert SAR to QAR.
3) batrooms are not cleaned everyday, everything you have to ask the reception.
