The ambiance of the hotel is good and the staffs are so approachable and the restaurants and lounges in the hotel are perfect too.

They are very nice with client and mainly the food damm yummy.

Avoid the W Hotel Doha unless you want to feel threatened by hotel staff. One need to show the EHTERAZ app upon entering the hotels/malls etc. On several occasions I wasn’t asked by my hotel security because I was staying at the hotel. One of the evenings I returned & wanted to enter the hotel, was asked for EHTERAZ app. Infomes the security that I’m staying at the hotel (like how others security staff would let u go if u r a hotel guest) But this security got irritated for no reason, changed his tone, spoke aggressively & demanded to see my hotel room key! I tried to explain to him once more that I was informed previously by his colleagues, that I have to only point out being a hotel guest & that would suffice but he became more aggressive & eventually I then showed him my hotels key card & proceeded. However such aggressive tone towards hotel W guest, was irritating& upsetting & I consequently informed the female duty manager. After consulting with her, she confirmed that the security guard should not be asking to see a key card&should let guests proceed&neither show an aggressive attitude towards guests. The security supervisor came to me & apologized for the behavior of the staff but since this was a disturbing experience to me, I informed him that it is important to me, that the staff directly apologizes, since I want other guests to spare such a behavior.

Best restaurant is market by jean & georges excellent food excellent service staff.

I've made several visits to Doha over the past 3 years and this was my 1st stay… the staff was awesome and.

We were here 2 years ago and to be honest not that great. They have definitely upped their game. Food excellent and plentiful. Drinks slow to start with but then flowing. Staff very attentive. Would we go back… yes. Recommend… yes.

I love the W as a hotel! Absolutely love to go to Spice Market and Market.
However I was so disappointed when I tried to subscribe to the monthly WFIT2GO Diet meal plans and just asked for a simple request not to add bell pepper to my food, and was told that they CANNOT accommodate my request!
How hard could it be not to add bell peppers on a meal!? I honestly think that a 5 Stars hotel like W doing this new initiative and cannot accommodate such simple request, then they should not take the initiative from the beginning.
Very disappointed!

Good experience in Coffee Shop.

Delicious breakfast served in rooms during COVID-19 pandemic. Available hands free sanitizer stations at reception and lifts. Housekeeping staff is doing great job.

I stayed there last weekend, paid room rate and deposit though I don’t drink nor did I order from room service. Upon checking out, not only did they not return my deposit, they went and make a second charge for the same service. Instead of owning up to the mistake, a bunch of incompetent telephone staff tried to bluff the mistake and make out that this is standard policy. What the hotel did, using the same merchant ID to make 2 transactions is wrong.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service… The best restaurants and yummy foodies in town. ❤
