We had an amazing and memorable stay at Andaz Doha. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service and genuine kindness from the staff.
Special thanks to Abdullatif, and Naliya from Reception for the warm welcome and smooth check-in experience. Wilson from Concierge was very helpful in bringing our things up and always assisted us with a smile and positive attitude.
Hasith, the lifeguard, was very thoughtful and even gave us water while we were relaxing by the pool, which we really appreciated. Ayu from the Spa made our spa experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you as well to Masjid from Housekeeping for kindly helping us warm our food such a simple gesture that made us feel at home.
Arij from the Lounge was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Julia did a wonderful job with the photos and helped us capture beautiful memories. Augustine from Valet was also very helpful in collecting and assisting our items into the car before we left. We also appreciate Kristine for assisting us with the extra bed and making sure we were comfortable during our stay.
Everyone truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — we will definitely come back again.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts around the world, but Andaz Doha truly stands out. I actually discovered this hotel by chance, and honestly it turned into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every single staff member was welcoming, respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, stylish, and in a perfect location, but what really makes this place special is the people working there.
A special thank you to Nailya at the reception for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude. She genuinely made the experience even more memorable. Also, the valet team deserve recognition for being extremely respectful, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile.
Originally, my booking was only for one night, but because of how comfortable and enjoyable the experience was, I extended my stay to 3 nights.
Everything felt smooth, relaxing, and high-end from check-in until checkout. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars, and I will definitely be coming back again.

I recently stayed at Andaz Hotel for my anniversary staycation, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel’s ambience, interior design, and amenities were all excellent—everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of service before. My wife and child were both very happy, which made the stay even more special.
The breakfast was great, with a good variety, and we enjoyed everything. The pool area is still under development, but it’s cozy and relaxing. There’s even a comfortable couch where you can sit and work, and the presence of a lifeguard made us feel very safe.
I would strongly recommend this hotel for both business trips and family staycations. The team is very responsive—almost every request is met with a “yes, ” which is impressive. I will definitely be coming back again.
That said, there were a couple of small areas for improvement. I was expecting a small anniversary gesture like a cake, which I’ve usually received during similar stays—perhaps it was missed or maybe my expectations were a bit high. Also, during check-in, I wasn’t given complete information about facilities like the pool, spa, and breakfast location. While I could have asked, a brief overview would have been helpful.
Overall, the experience was truly amazing—well done to the entire team.

An exceptional stay. Staff were incredibly welcoming. Beautifully designed rooms with stunning city views and a comfortable atmosphere. The dining is diverse and delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The location made exploring Doha convenient. I spent seven days in Qatar and stayed at Andaz Doha. I truly enjoyed my stay from start to finish.
The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived.
I would especially like to thank Ibtissam at the reception — she is truly outstanding and always ready to help with a smile. I also want to mention Amina at the bar reception. She was extremely kind and attentive. Both of them really made my stay extra special.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back!

Excellent sea-view rooms and a great hotel location. Room service is outstanding, especially Mubarak, Khan, Shristi and Yasin. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the staff at the restaurant specially Tabinha and reception guys are very professional and helpful.

Great new hotel with great service. We had an Andaz Suite with a great sea view and of the iconic Sheraton as well. The staff were welcoming especially for the breakfast at Mr and Mrs Hawker. I stayed for a few days at Park Hyatt and the Andaz breakfast was much better. More variety, and much better fruits and juices.
In particular, special mention to Nafran at breakfast. He looked after our every need and even made us Karak chai for breakfast even though it isn't on the menu. Id return to the hotel just for this.
Other points — Gym was good and functional. All new equipment. Pool looked nice but didn't use it. Andaz lounge was an ok place to sit and chill but didn't spend any time there. Ordered Hainan chicken for room service (which I assume comes from Mr and Mrs Hawker dinner service). The food was excellent but the service took very long. The girl was again apologetic so made up a little there.
The only things I'd dock some points for — first wasnt our favourite location. Park Hyatt location in mshereib was much more appealing. Also this hotel (like so much in Doha) isn't designed for pedestrians. There is so much embankment that you must walk across to walk in the main doors. A simple stairs would have helped anyone wanting to walk to the mall, metro station (10 mins away) or a walk down to the corniche. Everything is designed for cars.
Overall good stay and I would come back. They welcomed us as globalists and treated us well.

We came for our bestie birthday, the overall experience was so above and beyond.
Let’s talk about the room interior, you can truly see that this hotel is a work of art, I feel like in a giant Kaleidoscope — from the structure to the decoration. I love how meticulously they incorporated different elements and techniques into the wall. This is where traditional patterns and textures meet new age of construction materials.
The bedding is superb quality, we just ran a 34km marathon and this amazing bed put us to sleep without a doubt. Fresh and extremely clean linens.
Can’t compliment enough about the Breakfast, from the beverage with fresh juices, espresso, to the amazing French toast and Egg Benedict. All ingredients are top notch.
But the best of all things are the staffs, when we thought that the overall experience couldn’t be topped up anymore, Ms Neu Chi surprised our friend for her birthday with freshly make cake to our room.
Thank you Hyatt Andaz, you have set the bench high for other Hyatt around the globe now.

Overall impression: a phenomenal hotel. Are there occasional minor issues, or things that could be improved? Of course—just like in any hotel. The real question is how negative and overly critical we, as guests, tend to be in general, and whether we are simply waiting for some (probably not very significant) mistake to leave a bad review. I’m aware that hotels are expensive, and people likely look at everything through that lens, expecting that for the money they paid everything must be absolutely perfect—which, objectively, isn’t realistic.
The location is perfect: there isn’t a single attraction in Doha that’s more than a 15-minute Uber ride away. West Bay Beach is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is impeccably clean, offers excellent facilities, two outstanding restaurants, a great breakfast, and very comfortable rooms (very much in line with Hyatt standards). The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything, at any time. A special shout-out goes to the reception team—Danilo & Jade.

The service during breakfast was excellent. The two waitresses were very friendly, professional, and attentive. One of them was from Tunisia, and the other one, Sophia, was from Myanmar. Both girls had a very positive attitude, always smiling and making sure everything was well organized. They were quick to help, polite, and made the morning atmosphere warm and welcoming. Thanks to their great service, breakfast was a very pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their hard work and kindness.

Stylish new luxury in West Bay.
Andaz Doha is a beautiful new addition to the city. The design blends modern luxury with local Qatari elements, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location in West Bay is very convenient, close to the Corniche and major attractions. Dining options are excellent, especially the rooftop bar with great views. Service is friendly, though still settling in as a newly opened hotel. Overall, a stylish and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend.

Brand new hotel, with all amenities. Bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated. Breakfast has a lot of variety — buffet and à la carte. There is a lounge with coffee and snacks 24/7. We didn’t use the pool but looked nice. And finally, the service was good overall, with a friendly and professional approach from the staff. Highly recommended!

We had such a fabulous stay at this property!
It is brand new and spotlessly clean with stunning, vibrant decor. We were there during the F1, which was already a busy time for the city in general, and the hotel was also hosting various other conferences, so it's great to see it's already so popular.
My first contact with them came in the form of emails with their reservations team, and I received excellent, prompt assistance from Abir.
When we finally got there, we were checked in by Jade on reception, who was very friendly and obliging, and was always happy to chat with us even when we saw her around subsequently. I had a slight issue with my credit card at check in (somehow it wouldn't work on their machine) but both Jade and the manager Ibtissam were very helpful with this.
Our room was the Andaz Suite, which was HUGE. Light, bright, high ceilings, vibrant decor, comfy bed, MASSIVE ensuite bathroom with 2 basins, a large separate living area with dining table, chairs, sofa & coffee table, plus a separate powder room with toilet and basin. Both the bedroom and living room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, which added such a lovely vibe, especially in the day time.
We tried the room service for one dinner and every day for breakfast.
