Horrible hotel. Dirty linen, room seemed like it was put together at the last minute, missing furniture, no coffee or toiletries in the room and to top things off, no TV service. We had to cancel our second night and fight for our money back. Very disappointed and not recommended!

A humble place. As Puerto Rico is, very expensive for a room like I have. $83 by book online, maybe more if you get here.

Under renovation when we visited. Rooms are small. Alot of road noise could be heard when the AC was off. Staircase leading upstairs where uneven. Very wierd. Pass this one by unless u need it!

The room was comfortable The air conditioning was EXCELLENT The bathroom shower area had no lighting (VERY DANGEROUS) When I arrived I asked if there was somewhere to buy a beverage the front desk staff informed me that the bar is ONLY open from 4pm until 8 pm so I had to wait 1hr for a beverage only to find out there was vending machines by the pool area and then I was given towels for the pool only to find out that the pool was closed for repairs The front desk staff FORGOT. I guess a little more attention to Details is needed from Front Desk Staff.

This week I went on adventures on the west Coast and north of PR. Visiting during the day arrive at Arecibo Inn in the afternoon to spend the night there. Price for two people $87.00 with continental breakfast included. Outside the place looks good, when you walk in there is a nice impression and an ad that says we are remodeled. He has a restaurant in office. It has two floors, we arrived by stairs and upon entering I was disappointed to see the bed. The queen bed with the bedspread used by the paradores over 20 years ago. The matress when you sit down makes a tremendous noise. As they say out there, "the Esprines want to get out. " The curtains are also the same year as the quilt. On the other hand the cleanliness looks and feels. The bathroom was small but clean. The furniture as table and chairs and bureau are too old. The size of the room is comfortable. All you need is a new furniture. He needs a little more arrangement to make it more enjoyable. The attention was good. It has an adult pool and another for very nice kids. They were clean. They have parking in front of the place.

Should. Have control… Well, there were teenagers. Running. Down the halls. And touching all the doors. Up to the 3am… The food in the restaurant. Lousy… And, the managers. They don't make decisions. All the time. They tell you. Leave. See if the manager answers. To solve a situation. And, too. They get upset. They do it in bad taste. And words. Not appropriate… The Decontrol of the pool… There is no security type… Seemed. Pool of savages… Q. People were seated. Close to me too. Spoke. Of his disgust. And, other things Q. I won't mention it.

Hotel was NOT worth the price at all! The shower area was full of mold, the tub area sank in some, the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The springs were broke and sank in tremendously. Our sheets were so old they wouldn't stay on the actual matters and fell off consistently. Our room was very loud. You could hear doors all night long and the hallways had a very heavy smell of chemicals. The continental breakfast was horrible… would never stay here again!

The hotel is clean and the employees are good to appear professional. But you hear everything that happens outside the room, including the television of the other rooms. The mattress of one of the beds in the room it was uncomfortable because of change. The service was of good quality.

Clean, simple and nice if you are looking for a small place and accessible q will allow you to get to any sites, since q is located on highway.

It seems they looking to make a fast buck. There website says $80 a night & they charged members of my group $267 a night. If you cancel you will still be charged for the whole stay & NO REFUND. Not to mentioned the broken windows, hole in the door & water temp never seems to be consistent. They just seem to take advantage of those that are here to help. Opportunist only & I wonder what they charge locals.

Not even a window on the room felt more like a motel. At least the pool was nice and the kids liked it.

Very nice all spend a very nice weekend with my family.

This is a 2 star hotel. Beds are 1 star for comfort with no padding between you and the springs. Small breakfast selection included with a nights stay, with the option to order more from the menu. There is no handicap accessiblity to the rooms, so if you can't take stairs don't come here.

A very good place for picadero or dinner.

Stayed for 4days and 3nights. Pretty clean rooms and staff was nice. Unfortunately, a few downsides… no phones in room to call front desk, no blowdryer, no iron, sheets and towels stained. We had to keep getting ice in the restaurant. I was charged double price for a towel that was dirty with dirt and they're claiming it was damaged, when most towels were already stained. Wouldn't recommend it and not planning to stay there again.

Was a little hesitate about staying here, but it is very clean. Pleasantly surprised at how clean everything is. Sheets were stained. On beds but over all very nice place would definitely stay again. Did notice laundry service was do it your self for $7.50 to wash and $7.50 to dry. Got up this morning for continental breakfast it was just toast of you wanted anything else I had to pay coffee and juice you had to ask for it and they never refilled anything. Made me angry seriously toast and cereal is not tgst expensive.

No hot water 1st night, next morning scalding hot water couldn't cool down much. TV quit working 1/2 hour after turning on. They said the repairmen were fixing it. Next morning still nothing. Window curtain/ slats missing. Guy working on satelight ealing by window. Had 2 night reservation cancelled second night. No refund.

Tremendisimo hotel, all of very good quality.

The place is ok when you walk in, however a few things need attention to details. Specifically cleanliness. Also, during a crisis, usually the best of people comes out, this hotel however has decided that being opportunistic is more important. During the time my organization was there, we were up charged in the rooms and with the access to a washer and dryer. They figured it was difficult to get access to another hotel, so those staying there were subject to an upcharge on using the laundry machine. They charged us 15$ to wash, and 15$ to dry. They didn’t do it for you or provide laundry soap for this exorbitant price. When asked, they claimed it was due to using a generator for power. Times are tough after hurricane Maria, but the price, and their attitude about it, seemed simply opportunistic. Very sad when you have people staying there who are actually volunteering /contributing to the community trying to help. I wouldn’t recommend this place if there are other choices in the area. They seem to have no interest in uplifting their community.

This small hotel has great lunch and dinner every day! I know the meat is good because the have a diesel plant on 24 hours a day. They have astaff that is very helpful and nice.

Towels and pillow cases stained, one outlet in the room. Walls are paper thin.

Booked directly though their own website (not a 3rd party site such as Expedia, etc. ). Their confirmation email reads: "If Cancelled or modified up to 72 hours from the time of check-in no charges will be made. If Cancelled or modified with less than 72 hours from 3:00pm of the date of check-in 100% of the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card on record. This cancelation policy apply (sic) to same day bookings. " However, when attempting to cancel the reservation almost 2 weeks before the booked date, staff claimed that this policy was not applicable to online reservations, even though there was no mention of it at any point or in their confirmation email.

The bed had stains, hair, and lipstick all over them. Yuck! Wifi doesn't even reach to the rooms. Not clean at all. The lobby looks nice but don't be deceived.

Cozy, family-friendly, good hygiene, good service.

Pros: The lobby and pool area are really nice looking. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was mostly clean and had air conditioning. They did not charge a "cleaning fee" up front as many hotels seem to do in this area. Also, this was the only place we could find with two beds for 3 people, rather than 1 bed and an optional cot. It is 15 minutes away from Cueva de Ventana and there are restaurants in the area. I felt safe staying there. Cons: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and drop ceiling, from what someone is watching on TV to very private, intimate moments. You can hear cars blasting loud music as if they are in the room with you (my room was not by the road). It took 10 minutes for the hot water to reach my shower and, by that time, I was done. I recommend this hotel due to its proximity to Arecibo, there is an option for 2 beds, and it doesn't charge extra fees. The point of a hotel is to have a comfortable, safe place to sleep and Arecibo Inn did not quite deliver (but it is trying).

It is a quiet hotel, I pass along to my children. At the time of our stay the restaurant was not in function, because q is not rented. But they have microhonda in the lobby. The area of the swimming pools is nice and clean. And I have near auto cine Santana, which I like to visit.

Great place to stay. Very inviting.

Good places for stay one or 2 days.

Not many options in the area… Rooms were adequate for sleeping but not really a place to "live" for a couple days. Staff was very nice and spoke great English. Pool is nice and clean. No food yet. Wi-Fi only in lobby.

My stay was 24 to 26 June 2016 was excellent, staff excellent, lahabitación pretty well clean, cleanliness excellent and the pool is super cool, and 24 hours.

Place smells like dust. Nothing interesting nearby.
