This is the worst motel. They overcharged me and then double-charged me without my consent! I reached out to them twice and only got attitude in response. I checked my account and saw that I was charged three times. I was only there for a few hours while trying to find another place to stay!
Positive: Location, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Negative: The walls in the room need to be cleaned, the phone in the room was not working; the usb plugs were not working, the fabric headboard was stained, you could see mold in the box spring.

The staff was nice when we arrived, but when we brought up an issue we had at the hotel, they were extremely disrespectful, and one of the staff members even yelled at us. We asked to speak to the manager and the staff members stated that he was not available. When we asked for a refund for the last night we were supposed to stay there, then the manager was available to speak only to their staff and not us. The manager told the staff to tell us to go to the hospital for our issue related to the hotel incident where we spent from 4 p. M. To 12:00 a. M. In the ER room. So we never spoke to the manager since everything was done through the hotel's staff. This is a franchised-owned hotel so when we reached out to Wyndham corporate they stated we needed to speak to the owner directly which we never have been able to reach. Never again will I choose this hotel or any Wyndham hotel. I should have stuck to my usual Hilton Hotel for my stay.
