Great location in the city, place is looks great, rooms are great, pool is great, friendly staff and service, air conditioning is a plus 10/10 for me.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay. The staff members were amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was good. The view of the ocean was splendid. The location is perfect as a base to explore the city. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you!

A not very nice building in Ponta Delgade. Relatively centrally located with large rooms. There is also a swimming pool.
Inside everything is air-conditioned and very pleasant. The bar is quite uncomfortable, but the breakfast is good.

Very good hotel is 5 minutes from the airport by car. (20min walk).
Comfortable rooms and sdb.

Nice hotel with GREAT customer service. We got there early and dropped out suitcases off at the front by the time we got back in the afternoon our room was ready and they had brought our luggage to the room already. The pool is nice and gets great afternoon sun. Nice after a day of walking around. It's a short walk to the centre of town. The only downside is that the account was not working in the room. There was a nice window to open which let in a nice breeze so we were fine.

Good — Front desks and restaurant staffs were nice. The front desk didn’t kept us waiting till the afternoon for checking in. And the waiters help and direct us to our table while the dining room was full. Location is a good walking toward the military castle and local restaurants. Bad — the air condition doesn’t stay on and it have a automatic switch to turn off. Last night I kept waking up to power the air conditioner on so my air conditioner turn on. Also the Wi-Fi keep going down the whole time my family and I stay it was annoying. Also the hotel morning food was the same (boring).

Hotel is located in the entry lane from the airport. Aircraft fly about 100 metres above the hotel.
Room, breakfast and pool mediocre.
Parking in the hotel costs extra €3/day, reception unkindly.
Although breakfast included, Lanchpacket is only available at an additional cost.
Not to recommend it to others!

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is still warm and fresh if you are early in the morning. Throughout the rest of the morning they refill everything. They also have a pool and behind the pool is a room with some tables to play games on, a small workout space and a pool table (as in snooker and not swimming)

Good Hotel… not all had to leave the trip to 400 plane ticket + hotel + car for 7 days but the truth is QE is very well perhaps you could say bad that has no fridge… but the good beats the bad for beating, the Majísimos workers, the room is not bad. Obviously not a 5 star but has its shelves, private parking to 3 €/day, its bathtub… things… is very good to go in couple.
My partner's birthday pill in the middle, I said it at the front desk and they took care of leaving the room with a romantic touch… a bouquet of flowers, swan-shaped towels. Rose petals all over the bed, a rose on the cushion and a bottle of cava on the table.
Tubimos a couple of rainy days, the reception was in charge of orienting us in different activities to do with temporary.

Good hotel next to Ponta Delgada centre. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast good and varied. Really good price too, though we visited the island in February.

The location is top for the holiday. However, it is very noisy due to aircraft noise. The cleanliness of the room is not good. The breakfast is very one-sided and always the same. The offer for dinner is better off as it is extremely overpriced. Better run a few yards into town. There are cheaper and better offers.

Simple hotel, but downtown.

Third time we are in the hotel and we are going to be delighted once again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. I emphasize that it is probably the best place on the island to see the fireworks from its terrace at the end of the year.

Good breakfast. Beds a little small. Windows with some closure problem. The fault of the strong wind at night the drafty do not make you sleep.

It was a wonderful place, very clean. Staff was friendly and Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English. Breakfast was amazing, figuring out how to turn the lights on was amazing challenge lol but once we knew was very cool and saved energy I am sure. Would defenately recommend a stay here.

This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It's a short walk to all sorts of things to see, do and taste in Ponta Delgada. It's also a quick drive from the airport. Parking for a rental car is convenient in the secure parking area. Wi-Fi works well There are some small things that could be done to make the experience of staying here a more enjoyable one. First of all, it's time to upgrade the old TVs. The distinct lack of ice machines and cold vending machines on each floor is disappointing. I read a response to a review suggesting ice could be obtained from the bar on the main level. While that's a less-that-desirable solution to begin with, it was even less satisfactory when we went to the bar and were told we could get just one glass full of ice because the machine was broken. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Individual toiletries would be nice instead of the one gel for hand washing, body washing, shampoo and conditioning. The way the beds are made is unique… and just looks messy in my opinion. Speaking of beds, they're stiff as boards and the pillows are lumpy.

If you are on a budget this hotel is ok. If you are here for a relaxing vacation, book one of the resorts — you won't pay much more and you'll get a much better experience. The staff is friendly and the location is close to town. Beds are stiff and uncomfortable, the TV looks like it came from an archeological dig site, the Wi-Fi is free but it is a little unstable for skype calls, however it works fine for facebook and netflix. The carpet looks and feels like it's hosting a treatment-resistant fungus… so make sure to wear socks while walking around. No free water provided to guests. They have AMAZING coffee here! The breakfast was complimentary and it was good — not much to choose from but it's good quality. The coffee is great, did I say that? There's a comfortable lobby with a nice full bar off to the side that seats 40-50 people. You can order food and drinks late into the evening.

The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable and breakfast is included. The hotel itself is kept neat and tidy. Nice large pool and patio area.
