The owner Rubina was amazing — very welcoming and attentive. From bringing us fresh bread and some local pastries every morning, to helping or guiding us whenever we needed something.
The House was great, total of bed rooms, separated living room and outdoor terrace with soft artificial grass, even when you are traveling with a big group, there was always space for everyone. The view from the terrace was beautiful, panoramic view to the tennis court and green forest in the distance.
The property was packed with things to do, from Tennis, Padel, heated indoor swimming pool, Gym, other fitness sessions with instructors, and relaxing massages. Perfect place to go if you love either of these activities. We got a tennis coach and made our own little camp combining on and off the court training. We were traveling with a bunch of kids as well, and since the entire property was fenced, we felt safe having our kids run around and explore this massive 1.2 hectare property.
On days you want to see something else, it is only 20 minute drive to Porto, a beautiful city, where we did boat tours, beach trips, walked around, ate in nice restaurants and just enjoyed the natural happy vibe.
Highly recommend this place for families and medium to large groups looking for a sporty holiday or those who just want to relax in a nice home close to Porto and some other nice beaches nearby.

Went there with a group of friends (7 in total) and it was the perfect stay. The host Rubina is amazing and the facilities are incredible. We used the tennis court and the pool everyday.
At 15 min away by car to Porto's city center, this place is just perfect.

Everything was perfect! Rubina our host made everything so seamless and easy. She was wonderful when it came to any questions we had and also organised a lovely birthday cake for my Dad. The fresh bread rolls every morning was a great touch. She even convinced us to attend a Gym class, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The property is stunning, beautifully set in a large estate. We were a large group and there is ample space, everything was well stocked in the house. We are definitely going to be coming back soon. The gym facilities, the pool, the sauna — everything was very very well maintained and clean. Thank you to Rubina and her team to make it a wonderful experience for all of us and especially my Dad, for who's birthday we had come to celebrate at this outstanding property.
