We stayed in Linhagem 1 for five nights — a lovely apartment right on the river. Everything was fine, with a well equipped kitchen and good coffee machine. No electric jug though. Highly recommend this place.
The price for the apartment was higher than usual, although it looked exactly as shown in the pictures and the staff was helpful when I checked in, things did not persist for long. I needed a jug to pour water into and it was nowhere to be found, after writing to them I got no response and was forced to go to their office to ask for one. The internet connection was incredibly slow, and even in third world countries I had better connections than the one I had at the apartment, after asking them to look into it in person they agreed but never responded nor fixed anything. Lastly, they informed me that my safety deposit would be returned on the day of my departure, later to tell me that they would give it back TWO weeks later! This stay has been an total nightmare because of the customer service but the infrastructure is very pleasant. Tread at your own risk.
