I will remember this hotel experience for the rest of my life! I have been visiting hundreds of hotels around the world. This is one of the few ones that I will remember for the rest of my life! This lovely little hotel with wonderful young students of the Hotel and Tourism School of Porto. The student (Raquel Matos) that we met in the reception at check in was one of the most professional staff we have ever met on any hotel. I am really impressed of the way she handles us and the way she told us about the beautiful city of Porto and also follow us all the way to the room! We loved our room (no 109), it was very spacious, modern and comfortable (see my attached photos). The breakfast had plenty of choice. Location is lovely with a nice 15-minute walk down hill to the central area. I would like to thank all of you wonderful students we met during our stay and hope that they will bring this high level of service to hotels around the world! Thank you all for the royal treatment! Not in the hyper center. Nevertheless well. Modern rooms, nice décor, nice welcome and very satisfying breakfast. Opposite the hotel outside, a restaurant specializing in hamburgers. Very good to consume on the spot or to take away in his room.

Spacious rooms. Good restaurant. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk to the old town centre. It is part of the catering school. The bar closed at 1030

A hotel located in a central and accessible location and secluded from the hustle and bustle. Decorated with exquisite taste and managed with absolute professionalism.

Very nice hotel tastefully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable and the bedding quality, the bathroom is spacious and impeccable, staff extremely professional and particularly attentive, delicious buffet breakfast based on fresh products or nothing is lacking, the hotel is ideally located to visit Porto, and makes available in the rooms a mobile phone to go on a ballad with good plan, corner not to be missed, service which one might need etc… really a very good initiative, here you know all at your turn to enjoy.

They try to be special, but not so special. I had much tastier food in normal restaurants.

Great place for couple, the staff is so kind (especially philomena with her smile for the breakfast) and help full. The room was Ok. The hôtel need to have own SPA.

Pretentious cuisine and environment. Food below average. Beautifully decorated.

Very friendly and clean. It is not in the most centric area of Oporto, but it is a very quiet street and in five minutes you are in Santa Caterina. Rooms and bathroom very spacious. Very friendly staff.

Best costumer service you can get.

So so… the staff is inexperienced but that's fine unless critical mistakes are done. I'm celiac and they ask for food allergies before serving. One of the dishes came with a bread toast in it. Also, they repeated the same dish 3 times and we had to say it was repeated. Food was good but not awesome. Not sure I will come back. Worth as new experience but probably not as regular place to go.

A charming city hotel and a great and amazing bistro Restaurant!

Buen hotel. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el servicio excelente. A escasos 10 minutos caminando del centro. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores (gratis fin de semana, pagando entre diario). Desde luego me alojaría aquí otra vez para visitar la ciudad. También tienen un restaurante de autor por precios correctos (30-40 euros) y que está servido por estudiantes de la escuela de hostelería cercana.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and modern, the staff was over the top helpful, and the food was amazing! We have to recommend the "moments" tasting menu, where the restaurant creates 5, 7 or 9 small exquisite appetizers that accompany your main course. It was spectacular, and our waiter Rodrigo was friendly and suggested excellent wine and port pairings. It is true that it is staffed by unpaid students who are completing the work experience portion of their education program, but you can always tip with some cash if you feel the service has been exceptional. All in all, at this small hotel we felt pampered, important and spoiled… a nice departure from more standard hotels with hundreds of rooms and guests. We will recommend this place to anyone who is planning a visit to Porto.

The food was great, as well as the service. Both were performed by students of the Porto Tourism School. Well decorated, good atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience on restaurant. The food was amazing, carefully prepared and with all the flavours of Porto. The staff, students from the school, did a great job explaining all details on the dish. It's a little bit far from the night life movida, but in the end it's good walking on quite streets of Porto. I loved.

Very cool. The center of the city. Everything can do on foot. Good breakfast and nice personal. Large and clean rooms.

Modern Hotel with good Service. Tastefully and modernly furnished room, very quiet — only heard from time to time, barking of the neighborhood dog. Personnel, also of the adjacent hotel school, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast leaves no wishes unfulfilled, constantly the staff pays attention if something is missing, the cook prepares hot egg dishes — great. Location is Central to reach everything well on foot. Nearest metro station about 10 minutes. The Hotel is highly recommended.

Nicely designed boutique hotel where you can expect warm and kind hospitality by the staffs trained at the hospitality school next door.
