A fabulous hotel. Just as described.

The hotel is located near the metro station Heroismo. Staff members are helpful. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious and fresh!

Great service. The breakfast is very good. Everything is very clean and functional. Had a beautiful painting in my room. Just missed a place to hang the bath towel to dry and was a bit confused by the everyday change of soap (where is my soap from yesterday? ). The people working there are very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

Hotel is quite new. The area is not a strict city center but is not that far away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All rooms are not equal and I had some different options like balcony or terrace. Breakfast is good. There is variety of food starting from the local cheese going through ham to fried eggs and scrambled eggs. Coffe is from the machine and is good. But. Their restaurant is not the place I would recommend. I tried 4-5 times and it is so far away from the typical local restaurants that you better not waste your time and money. Worth to mention the bald man in the reception. He is outstanding with extremely high service and because of him you feel like in Hilton. And with this all he is so natural in it. Keep him there Eurostars Management!

This hotel is nice, but is not the most conveniently located for tourists. The airport journey back and forth was super easy with a station right outside, however to reach the sights our journeys were a little less simple, often involving a bus ride or long walk. The room is clean and comfortable and the only thing we didn't like was the glass bathroom walls. Everything happening in the bathroom could be seen and heard from the room, which as friends travelling together we didn't feel very comfortable with! There is a good breakfast provided and the staff are all friendly and speak a variety of languages. You are also able to leave your luggage at reception after checkout which we found very handy with a flight late in the day.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! We had a great experience here and felt looked after. Friendly staff nice rooms lovely breakfast… just one little minus no kettle in room to make quick cup of tea.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are fairly big and clean. It's located a bit outside of the main center but it's an easy walk or quick Uber ride. Has lots of café and restaurants close by.

The hotel is newly renovated and has a modern feel with updates amenities. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The room size is as described, adequate for 2 without feeling cramped. Location is decent for its price, about a 20 min walk away from the core of downtown.

Great reception, breakfast buffet (varied and quality). The orange juice is freshly hurry. Very good value for money. Great location with semi private parking. It is possible to reach the most touristic districts in 10-12 minutes walk.

Great front desk service, helped us finding tickets for a concert and gave us an overview about the city and explained a boat tour through Douro river. Rooms are clean and modern. Very comfortable and big bed (king size). The only drawbacks is the bathroom (glass walls which are charming but noise is not isolated) and other rooms sound can be heard if people near you are watching TV loud. Breakfast does include many food options.

Very good hotel. Very full breakfast. I needed to have a small malfunction in the room and they were very fast and efficient. Comfy beds. Modern bathroom. Oh, good. Maybe the fridge needs colder for the beers and some sweet.

Anyone who does not know the city can think Q the hotel is located in an area dangers of the city, but nothing farther from the truth, the site reveals the true charm of the city, its decadent and ancient. The hotel is excellent and the staff with exceptional treatment. To put some glue there is some noise, in the room Q assigned me, q cyclic NET and Q could not get to identify Q was owed.

Functional, comfortable, friendly atmosphere, not as central as advertised, the 10 min to the center is almost 1/2 hour. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great surprise, the hotel is new and sophisticated and the price was very reasonable. At first it seams far from the historic center, but it is just a 10 to 25 minutes walk and if you do not want to walk the subway station with access to all Porto's lines is just across street.

Great place to stay. Across the street from the metro (which I never used, but it’s nice to know it’s there) and a quick and easy 20 min scenic walk to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and modern rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

3 stars because the room is small, no shutter, it is necessary to take and to validate at the reception a ticket for the car park has every exit of the vehicle, despite having already set the parking to the reservation.
Only positive, the location in front of the Metro and the Royal breakfast, very plentiful. There's a for every taste!

Good design hotel, modern, wide choice at breakfast, location is not too bad, 15 min walk to the city center, very well decorated room, and especially the immediate vicinity of the Metro.

Not the best location as it's a tad far out from city center, but it's only a €3-5 Uber trip to the attractions. The hotel is nice and modern, with a gorgeous lobby and friendly staff. The room is clean and nicely stocked. We are disappointed with their "fitness center" as it's maybe 8-10 "machines" that resemble playground workout equipment. The breakfast buffet for €12 was excellent, including delicious mini pastel de nata.

A lovely hotel to stay at. The best Gin and Tonic made for us in the bar by a lovely lady. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location Opposite a metro stop, good Wi-Fi super comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, good range of food on offer for breakfast. Just over the road from Heroismo metro station so convenient to get around. Just a shame it doesn't have a look to cool off in.

Terrible hotel for the price. For two days I've been asking the hotel to clean my laundry. All they can do is make excuses about an operational issue — there is a laundrette two blocks away. The staff can't tell me when they can do my laundry so now I'm going to the laundrette on my holiday. The coffee is out of a machine. The insulation is poor so it's noisy. Wait staff are slow. Rooms are 269 euros a night. Shocking do not waste your money.

Great hotel. All very new. It is also ten minutes from the center walking through a central street.
The room is spacious with large TV, king size bed very comfortable, bathroom with glass wall. If you choose the first floor the rooms have a terrace.
It does not cost much parking on the street which is blue area but is renewed with the mobile app. It also has parking for 12 € a day.

Amazing hotel, one of my favourite places I've stayed. Within walking distance to town centre, large rooms, comfortable beds, immaculate and staff were friendly with a real nothing is too much trouble attitude. My room had a small private terrace which was a lovely addition to the ground floor rooms. Great selection of hot and cold food and drink for breakfast. The restaurant in the evening was reasonably priced for the quality of food served. Can't wait to stay again!

Although the hotel is not centrally located it is an excellent choice to stay in Porto. There is a metro stop right next door.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean fresh rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free drinks and fruit in the lobby. Bright lighting in the room in the evening it was convenient to work on the laptop. The location is great.

Staff excellent, very good facilities, 15 minutes walk from the historic center, has own parking and you can leave the car with the suitcases in it after the Chek out.

To be honest, I am a little torn down in the evaluation. The very rich breakfast buffet and the cleanliness of the entire building complex are a positive value. On the other hand, the environment is more likely to come down. Not really suitable for a 4 star hotel. Even if the metro station is just outside the door, it is quite awkward to get to the beach. What I have not tried, maybe you come to the train, stop slightly east of the hotel, faster to the sea. Or take the taxi, which is very inexpensive.

Good hotel in Porto at a reasonable price. All new. It is not in the center but the area is quiet with the subway at the door. Both the restaurant and the cafeteria good choice for dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Reasonable prices (outside the restaurant). Parking in the underground floor at 12 euros per day. Has approx 2 km from the city centre. Personal very nice. Exchanges in English only.

Very clean room. The new The Hold there is a piano that sounds great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel situated close to the centre of town. Staff were all very pleasant and spoke good English. Hotel itself is nice and modern with comfortable beds and it feels very fresh and new.

When we arrived in the morning we looked forward to a nice room with a view
Forward instead they give us a room on the 1 floor
With a miserable view the man at the front desk was a real lazy who was not able to give us a nicer room and claimed such a shit that all rooms would be booked up.

Everything is fine but what good is it when you reserve a suite
And the suite does not get and in a small back room
is crammed
I give the hotel a maximum of 3 stars.

Unfortunately we were not given the desired room at the top
But a room in a bad location with a view of the rubbish
Those who don't speak Portuguese can do something like this.
