Fantastic hotel. The room was clean and really comfortable and the service was excellent. The metro station is just 5 minutes far away by walk and the beach almost 10 minutes, so the location is fine. Breakfast was ok with a lot of local food.

Very nice Hotel. Very clean, friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with italian showers. Great Breakfast. Amazing.

Absolutely fantastic hotel which is almost like a little boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly and polite, they make you feel welcome always! Beautifully done up with the best fixtures & fittings. Very spacious rooms with great amenities. Breakfast is really delicious & again the staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Good hotel, nice staff. Good location if being outside of Porto is what you're after.

For a brand new hotel unfortunately no good condition… Overall, the price — money is the positive: location: We found the location with the best of our stay. Matosinhos is a nice little suburb right by the sea, the restaurants in the area are fantastic and the connection to Porto (even along the sea) is wonderfully simple and inexpensive. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport.
Staff: very helpful and friendly and also very anxious.
All right: Breakfast: It always depends on what you expect. Breakfast would be very good in a 2-3 * hotel. For 4 * I expect a little more. But overall it was very tidy.
Negative: The condition and size of the rooms: The hotel is just one year old. The condition is sad. In the shower it was not possible to put the shower gel, as the shelf was hung from the wall. The hanger for the towels was mounted diagonally and the application of the toilet flush was loose. In addition, every shower at a well-closed door generated a flooding of the tiny bathroom — misconstruction apparently in all the rooms. Accordingly, the glued wood imitation in front of the bathroom is already well. Also our room safe was broken. It was unfortunately not repaired in spite of the initial actionism of the staff until we left… The rooms are very small. It only fits the bed and the bedside tables. Not even a small table or a sitting area for notes or games has space there.

New hotel but quite weak for a 4star hotel. Toilet is really small and shower leeked all into the room after a regular shower. Breakfast was very good. Attendance was also good. Room felt really small for a 4*. : (

A friendly welcome and very eager to help. Comfortable to stay in the lobby or café all day if you feel the need. Bar staff went out of their way to provide us with fresh orange juice, even though this is normally only made for the breakfast period. Very helpfully called up taxis and restaurants — and recommended options to us — and mentioned they can help set up a sort of ersatz package holiday by email if you want. Breakfast itself was a much-needed respite from the English war against bacon, but slightly marred by unpalatable coffee not improved by a sugar with a strange taste to it. Room itself was very well appointed. Smaller than expected but the bed was so large! Plus a rainfall shower with good temperature and pressure. Blackout blind if you're into that, or just leave it open a crack if you're not. Very classy modern decor, with some baller old fashioned globes and stuff decorating the lobby. Despite the food being less than stellar overall, this didn't make enough of a difference to me to dock a star. Definitely going back.
