Lacked a spirit of hospitality! Evening meal service particularly poor. Appreciate we were in Portugal but bold notices in the elevator should at least also have been in English. Beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean room.

Lady at reception rather moody. The so suposed hot spring water smells like cloride (like a normal pool) and the water its not warm. Good view from the room window. Comfy bed and room.
