Good hotel in the Center, very nice. Staff very friendly and attentive to the various requests. Good breakfast, very hearty. Possibility of excursions to the hotel at a good price with Super Guide (Danilo, for example)

Nice little clean hotel, right in the old town of Funchal.

Correct in terms of quality/price, offer free parking at about 500 meters (which is appreciated given how complicated it is to park in the center). They offer varied buffet breakfast (with croassanes, different types of bread, sausages, cheese, yoghurts, fruit. ). The room is better in that you need some improvements (very stained walls) and a little more cleaning.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, it is in the center of Funchal. They also have a free parking about five minutes walk a little cramped but functional. The room is small but very nice and the breakfast is pretty full. It has a tight price so it's worth it.

Overall, a nice place that was fancier than we expected and good value. The room was large, had a nice little balcony with a view of the cathedral and a spacious bathroom. The room was a bit dated (only one easily accessible outlet), but good quality. The location was fantastic, very close to the Aerobus stop and right in the middle of the historic part of town. There was some general noise at night, but it wasn't too loud. 24-hour reception, a lift, and the hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was better than average — rolls, fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee, hot food (eggs, bacon). There was a small fridge in our room, but it wasn't on when we arrived and it took days to cool down (and it was never very cold). Lounge on the top floor (no AC) was nice, air conditioning in the room was good; internet in the room was ok, but commonly dropped/bounced between routers so not reliable.

What a location to be! Great if you want to be in the heart of the city.

It's placed in the old zone near the Atlantic Ocean and an the Catedral Albergheria. The staff îs very polite and very effecient ready to satisfy all the demands of the clients. From the hotel terasse on the 5 floor there is a panoramic vistaview of a large area of the town. The services are functioning excellenty.

Not sure if they've updated this hotel since my visit in 2006. Back then it was quite dusty. Breakfast wasn't anything special.

Very well located. In the heart of Funchal. The staff is very friendly and the room is simple but comfortable. A bit noisy if you get a room facing the side street of the hotel but nothing too exaggerated.
