Quality resort. Great service. Would definitely visit again.

It's cool. Everything you need is available. The bottom of the land is a bare stone, you can't set foot. If only to dive off the pier.

Nice location, 2 steps from the beach. Great people and good service. Only minus point, morning noise coming from the restaurant where everybody is having breakfast.

The Hotel is in a great Location, the Pool is beautiful.
The Hotel's Interior is well Minibar, however, should be thawed.
In the Room, some Things are placed in a very impractical way.
In General, however, the Rooms are beautifully furnished and clean every Day, but we only get 2 new Towels in 7 Days …
The Food was also very good! And was always quite varied.
The Gym is, in my View, very sparsely equipped (Treadmill, bike, Rowing, Dumbbells and this Multi Thing).
The Reception was very friendly and always helpful.!
The Bus Service to Funchal Is very good.

Excellent. At 48 hours of my departure with all the critical sense of the old hotelier that I am… : The balneotherapy sector opens too late in the morning and the installations work partially. The fifth maintenance team is too noisy in its exchanges. For the rest it's excellent.

Great hotel for an active vacationer. However, rooms with sea views are obligatory, as there is air conditioning at the back of the hotel, which robs one's nerves. The Sea view rooms I find great.

It's a great hotel. Large rooms, there is an apartment with a kitchen.
Good location right by the ocean. Be sure to take a room overlooking the sea. Left on the waterfront there is an inexpensive restaurant. Right along the promenade behind the Hotel Riu and up a whole street of restaurants and cafes. Next to the hotel is a minimarket, where you have everything you need.
The food at the hotel is great!
There are swimming pools and jaccousi in the open air. We bathed even in February.
There are almost no Russian-speaking guests.
The place is generally quiet and peaceful.

In itself the hotel is quite OK however we were charged a cocktail which we should actually receive for free as we had a voucher for the carnival holiday.
We simply failed to present the voucher. According to the lady, this was no problem, but apparently she didn't communicate this reasonably. The lady at the front desk would have been able to simply keep an eye on her and simply charge the amount, but she did not, and insisted that we had to pay the bill.
I find this cheeky and besides, the cocktail was unpalatable adulterated and exorbitantly overpriced.

Quiet place 10 km from Funchal. Very friendly staff. A lot of German retreat.

A very welcoming Hotel in pleasant situation. The staff make it even more so. Nothing seems to much for them to do. The food is good in all departments and well presented. Bar meals are excellent and service also. Hotel Bus and local Bus Service to Funchal good and frequent. We are not as agile as we used to be so the staff but we have no worries staying here.

The hotel has very nice rooms. Ample parking space. Nice swimming pool. Price — performance ratio fits.

Good hotel and Good breakfast. Perfect located at a nice boulevard. I would recomment a rental car to drive around the island. It has some magnificent roads and views.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. I had emailed in advance our requirement for vegetarian food. The Chef and the restaurant staff exceeded our expectation and made our stay extra special. Muito obrigado!

We were very satisfied overall. The staff at the reception was always very friendly and always tried to help you. The breakfast buffet had a relatively large selection, especially the fresh omelettes were delicious. The quality of the drinks could still be improved. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I would come back anytime.

Good hotel, with okay food. The roomservice was not acceptabel because they didnt change the sheets the hole week we was there.

Super location, although relatively central, the loudest is the surf. This is certainly true for the Christmas season. In summer the bear will be raging here. But now food, staff and weather impeccable, delicious, friendly and optimal…

Lovely hotel, excellent Hocus staff but rather remote location. Ideal for diving and wind surfing but not a lot else to do unless you hire, a car to explore the island.

We stayed with a hiking group for a week. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, friendly English speaking staff and above all a delicious gourmet cuisine. If you don't like it here, with everything the island has to offer, it should stay at home. A recommended hotel.

Had the most wonderful holiday ever, every one who works there were also very helpful and did there best to make it a brilliant holiday. Also the hotel was very clean and modern and very good selection of food served there, they catered for all tastes.

Attended while waiting for guests as part of an excursion. The bar was very neat and tidy however it was difficult to explain to the person serving that I was not a guest and that I wanted to pay cash. They asked repeatedly for a room number. Otherwise the venue was extremely well maintained and the selection at the bar was very wide.

Very nicely located right by the sea. Very nice room overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool clean and nicely laid out. Direct access to the sea. Restaurant with very good breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

Very good hotel. Very comfortable bedding and large beds. Very nice view and parked. The catering service is very good variety and fresh produce. The staff is very professional and efficient. An indoor pool and an enjoyable gym.

Staff are excellent always willing to help. Hotel was very clean, including our room. We felt like we were well looked after. For disability access it's great all floors are accessible by lifts and even a service lift incase you have a big mobility scooter, just ask at reception for permission. The highlight for us would be the pool diving taster we had with Tom Kraft and his helper Paula, excellent bloke, knew his stuff.

Very cosy and good hotel, but do not eat dinner here because it is expensive. Although there are a lot of other options outside the hotel, so its not that bad. Good breakfast buffet!

Breakfast was good, a nice selection of continental breakfast. To Rooms were clean and nice. I would definetly recommend. To book a room with sea view as it was amazing and not really expensive. As we went in March the weather was not great at first we had to deal with a lot of rain at first. The Spa at the hotel was very nice but its quite small so we used it mostly in the evening before it closed. This was also a shame that it already closed at 8. We didn't had dinner at the Hotel as it was 21, 00€ per person which was too expensive for us as we usually don't eat so much in the evening. We decided to use rent a car — Best decision ever, we were able to see almost the entire island with all of its different vegetation. The location of the hotel was also very nice you were always able to go for a run in the morning along the promenade.

Went to this hotel as couple of years ago with my girlfriend. We had as really nice stay in our roomy apartment with ocean view. The room was very clean and kept very clean by the personnel. There was air-conditioning available but chances are you're leaving the door to the balcony open more for the lovely breeze coming from the ocean. Because it's situated by the boulevard local restaurants are easy to reach by foot. The parking lot in front of the hotel is small, but there is a lot of space to park your rental car nearby. If you don't have a rental car and depend on the public transport, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. From there two busses depart to Funchal. When you're in a hurry to see their the city I would recommend the "City liner". If you are more adventurous you can take the local bus which takes longer, but the route it follows is worth it.

Breakfast is good, room is also nice, but definitely rooms with a lake view otherwise you missed something. And a car to take so that you can really explore the island and not on the Shuttle is bound. The Spa area is quite small but still nice. Dinner for 21, 00€ per Person we found to be expensive and had booked accordingly, only Breakfast. The location is beautiful you can walk each Morning along the Promenade Jogging.

Rooms are good, and freezing cold when u heated in winter. Not edible breakfast coffee fine but the sa from powder machine. Renternerhotel but for overnight stay breakfast okay.

Thank you. The hotel is excellent. The place is quiet, cozy with his buhtočkoj. Staff not speaking Russian. But I have had no problems. International sign language and smile main assistants.

The location of the hotel is very good, had a super nice view from our balcony on the sea and the coast. The room was large enough, the bathroom is very big. Unfortunately, it was more often until late at night loud music from a beach bar to hear, even through the closed door. The Internet is sometimes very slowly, it lacks a way to hang up the wet swimsuits on the balcony to dry (is only possible via the balcony parapet with little wind). The coffee doesn't taste, alternatively there is but delicious tea, the staff is very nice and friendly. From the pool you can see sea directly on it. You can recommend this hotel to all cases all in all. We would very happy to be there again spend our vacation, but then but with balcony on another page in the face of the noise from the bar.

The hotel is super. We have great sea views from the top floor. On the balcony, the sound of the sea calmed down immensely — just gorgeous. Before you explore Madeira by car you should book a tour only. More tours are offered and you can get a first impression of the island. By car you must contemplate on narrow mountain roads and steep ascents and slopes. Also the traffic routing can confuse. The buffet is rich in morgend and in the evening. There are many restaurants which are also inviting in any case. The staff at the hotel restaurant is very polite and always a fun set.

The rooms are great super nice, sea views, staff — especially in the restaurant area — simply super, delicous food ;) and a huge selection! Excellent price-performance ratio.
A shuttle bus runs several times a day in the capital, Funchal.
In Câncio is unfortunately not very much going on. You should take so a car anyway. Walk on the island, all anyway is "harder" to reach, since many gradients.
In the hotel all you super whip and relax.
An evening entertainment programme is available — but is a matter of taste. To the hotel around (not on the hotel premises! ), there are very many stray cats that one but leave absolutely alone. — Actually totally sweet.
The sea is very rough and cold. A bath we have there so.
Conclusion:
I highly recommend anyone who wants to whip something and enjoy this hotel.

In Caniço is unfortunately not very much going on, but there is a free shuttle bus to the main city Funchal.

A small, fine hotel — something far away located in a side street — schönenm rooms with stunning views of the sea and the garden. Friendly service at the front desk as well as the breakfast buffet, that left nothing to be desired — especially the fresh fruits.

The four views Oasis Hotel is completely redesigned, renovated and modernised and meets high standards. Stay was extremely pleasant. Only criticism was the service on the terrace in the evening, this was not always adequate (you had to request sometimes operating).
