Old fashioned hotel with old rooms, stinky towels and shower curtain, uncomfortable beds and constant noise from highway nearby. This hotel needs huge care from the owner.

Was a stop over to facilitate going to a festival nearby. Staff very helpful, and friendly, hotel its self is a little dated, clean but oldschool like 2 single beds at different levels (25mm) does not equate to a double room in our view. Its out of the way of lisbon city and considering our next 2 stops were 5star hotels pricey as we jumped to 5star level for approx 70€ more. So yea pricey, but if going to NOS decent place as a base.

An average Hotel, a bit hidden not far from the center of Lisbon if you are driving. Of Those hotels that have been a little outdated but are perfectly valid. Comfortable and clean Rooms. The staff were Very helpful.

Everything is broken from the saunas to the pool way over priced for the stay 2 star hotel at the most for friendly staff and location, could have gave me a discount seeing that nothing there website promised is true.

Hotel in the vicinity of Lisbon, with good value for money. Spacious rooms that need to be refurbished. Excellent food in small free buffet.

Old hotel dirty not cared for presented as 4 star price by 4 star… it is worth 2 if you are looking for a hotel in Lisbon or Queijas just passed to other.

The room is ok but the selection of the food in the buffet is few and only you have.

It's a 3 star even if it's 4. The food in the buffet is scarce, but it is very well made. The room had a very comfortable bed, the only thing is that the tub was of a plastic material that made it sink slightly when entering and although there was no accident gave a little respect.

Staff very good. Hotel is in European context.

Mediocre at best, definitely not 4*. Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, Amazonia Jamor is not worth a stay. The hotel seems to be in danger of completely falling apart at any time. The gym is just a ruin, the rooms are way too humid, the food is barely edible.

I'm sure it was very new and stylish… in the 70's.

In a word: to avoid it. Old, dirty, noisy and smells bad.

Our room was a bit confusing to find because we literally was staying in floor — 1. Below ground. But not to worry because the place is built on sloping terrain. So even if you were below ground floor, you still have good views.

Clean. Average breakfast. A bit showing its age.

Although with 4 stars, it is very outside the center, 20 minutes by taxi and 50 by bus. Nonetheless good attention. The hotel needs an important improvement.

It is a regular hotel. The entrance and bar are kinda luxurious but overall it is normal. There are two swiming pools — one inside and another outside —, what is nice if the weather is not so good. The view is green with the Tagus River, but there is a higway really near.

Not Nice at all but cheap.

To avoid for various reasons, windows that do not close at the top of a device, rather dirty and inadequate bedding to a 4 star. Air conditioning is not working and staff who takes customers for homes!

The hotel itself is not so bad, but they gave us the room on the floor below, just below the cafeteria. Noises up to 12 o'clock and if you opened the balcony shades you were to the terrace of the restaurant. A disaster room.

That is not a hotel 4 * more three bare.

It is a hotel to which difficult, is somewhat hidden and poorly signposted access. Rooms have some problems because they need reforms and urgent change of furniture. Malfunctioning air conditioning, facilities are old and is seen in some rooms there is carelessness in cleaning. Account with a gym that is abandoned, has a large outdoor swimming pool is not maintained properly since it builds up Earth in the background. It has another indoor pool heated, but that clearly is a danger to children since it is not watched by any lifeguard. On the ground floor there is an abandoned ice cream and soft drinks for sale. You receive tours of passengers on buses, so it's not uncommon to see through the hallways, kids running around, playing in the elevators and trying to take what they can from the buffet free. It has spacious lounges near the reception where you can read or have a drink. The dining room is one of the few farms that are worth visiting, since the kitchen staff strives to meet caring and quickly. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.
