The hotel/Guesthouse is very centrally located. For vegetarians and vegans, there is plenty of choice to eat here. For Jamie Oliver fans, his "Jamie Italy Restaurant" is right around the corner. You can eat there very tasty over the rooftops of Lisbon. The rooms are okay of cleanliness. The carpet would have to be renewed and a paradise for allergy sufferers. The shared bathroom is clean and is perfect for daily hygiene, but is not a wellness temple. The beds are accordingly as in the photos. The mattresses are very hard. You can only sleep with the windows closed, as the party — & street noise creeps up nicely. In itself, the accommodation is okay for a very short stay.

Camera doppia uso singola piccola, in pratica c'è lo spazio solo per il letto. Anche la doccia non è enorme ma almeno l'acqua è calda. Niente bagno in camera, ma era la soluzione che ho scelto. Posizione centrale, praticamente situato al bairro alto e a 800 mt da praca do commercio. Colazione continentale scarna. Se non avete pretese potrebbe andare bene.

After 2 nights to hear floors above do the housework and move the furniture from midnight to 2 H of the Martin. I'm sure I wasn't dreaming.
The reccption tell me are the propiertaire who lives in the apartment at the top of my room. Suite pity me. He passed a message and I get a little quiet for my stays. I wasn't lucky.

In the city, very convenience to the places around. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Paulo and the lady who stored our bags on our arrival. Triple room with two small balcony. Room cleaned with fresh towels every time we arrived back from outing. Overall we are happy.

Quiet Guesthouse in Barrio Alto… a stone's throw from the Miradouro of San Pedro di Alcantara and the locals of barrio, friendly staff and clean rooms.

If you are looking for clean, inexpensive accommodations with a large room, in the heart of Lisbon, with friendly and helpful staff then this is the place for you. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with special flair and super nice friendly and helpful night porter.

Not easy to find and when we did it didn't look like a hotel 2 floor check-in and lady on desk not overly helpful. However we were upgraded to a room with a bathroom and the view and location were fantastic. There small rooms and are basic but very clean. For the price it's hard to beat would stay again if in Lisbon for 24 or 48 hours. There are some great little restaurants and bars all around.

Grant value. Decent breakfast. Simple but effective. Just what we were looking for, and close to the city centre too…

Very good value for the price. The breakfast is kept very simple, but at the cheap price you can not expect any more! There are many places in the area, so it can be a little noisy at night.

There are mice roaming the rooms.

Pros: Friendly staff, strategic location, clean locals, simple but good breakfast. Cons: A little old structure, squeaking beds, malfunctioning elevator.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

So so, great location but generally structure old and poorly maintenanced. Problems with the soundproofing of the rooms especially of the old entrance doors that give on the common hallway.

Great location, great view, great price. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but it worked out very well and we never had to wait.

Loved this place, it is simple but has great views and friendly staff.
