A fantastic, high end spot right in near our hotel. We stumbled on it looking for a more upscale night out for our last night in Lisbon and what a great meal. Definitely go for the tenderloin and the Black Pig over mushroom risotto!

Absolutely delighted, the setting is beautiful, the list and wines perfect… To do, a must in Lisbon.

Ok, hotel with interesting dark dungeon like style. But there were few negative things. The biggest one is that doors to the bathroom in the room have huge gaps and you can hear everything and see a lot. No privacy. The water container in the coffee machine was very dirty both times I stayed here. Another thing is the gym which looks laughable. There is a huge room with enormous sink that takes up more space than the two machines in the gym. 3 huge bathrooms. I still can't believe this nonsence. Had to find a gym and pay for it. The spa has two rooms and they want $10 for that.

We liked the quality of this hotel. Clean and good location, in the centre of touristic part of Lisbon. The staff was really nice. The girls from the check in worked fast but also took the time to show us around the hotel. Alex 'the bodybuilder', a waiter from the restaurant, was our favourite of them all. We arrived very late in the evening but he was more than happy to serve us food (11:30pm). The next days he would come up to us and ask us how we were. Really nice and friendly guy who is good at what he does and always in for a chat.

Great little hotel located in very central part of the city. The room was small, but perfect. Everything was clean and organized and we had no issues with the staff. Our room had balcony doors that opened and the view was just perfect. There is a gym in the hotel and I was the only one in it, so it was fantastic. I would definitely go back to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who not looking for a big hotel because this is a smaller hotel. The restaurant located in the hotel was always busy/packed, but unfortunately we never had an opportunity to eat there. Breakfast was not included, so we did pay extra. The food for breakfast was perfect. There was something for everyone. The hotel did make our stay in Lisbon perfect and home like.

Lovely restaurant. We went there last year and actually were not sure if it was a trap. But we had a great evening, amazing food and very good service! This time around we enjoyed dinner again. Even though the place was crowded we had a good time and an entertaining waiter. We highly recommend the filet steak burger! It's totally worth the 15 Euros, two patties, bacon, cheese and wedges with two dips on the side.

Saw the most disgusting behavior by one of the supervisor or manager yesterday. A very elderly tourist came inside the bar area and took a picture. He went back outside after to his companion traveler and this supervisor came out on the sidewalk, tapped the elderly man on the shoulder and yelled at him to not take pictures without asking, continued berating him with people all around. It was the most unbecoming behavior from a restaurant employee witnessed by many. Management should be ashamed to employ a person like this.

We experienced the most worst service ever at this hotel bar. The coffee was overpriced, the sangria was pure sugar and the food was cold. But the waiter was the worst. He was super unfriendly, slow and arrogant! We wanted to pay our bill with a 50€ note and the bar wasn’t able to give us a change — so we had to go to another restaurant across the street just to change our note… Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but with such an unfriendly service I feel forced to Wirte this review!

The hotel is located in a fabulous location, from which you can freely turn the centre as well as take all the necessary means to experience Lisbon. Our room was wide, with great view of the square and in fact very well finished. It was a very nice restaurant. The only downside that meant that I didn't feel to give the five stars is that the environment is (I think deliberately) very dark. As much as I love the dim lights I think that the interiors and corridors should always have a perfect visibility.

Modern but very friendly hotel. Soft and design lines. Very original room with furnishing that recalls elements of nature. Very nice restaurant, nice dish to see and good to enjoy.

Staff were helpful and friendly, they immediately cut the chat when I mentioned I stayed before! Rooms are spacious with modern fittings. The whole hotel is decorated as If it were the inside of a fig tree and this concept gives an earthy feel to the place The bar is well fitted if a little expensive. Location is amazing for central Lisbon.

Superbly located for sightseeing. Buses and trams just outside the door. Staff pleasant and helpful. Excellent food in restaurant/bar. We had a nice view of the square and an upgrade to boot. So very happy indeed. Would certainly return and recommend!

Nice hotel, very nice. We stayed there for 3 nights. Very pleasant and attentive staff.
The Spa is extra, under the roofs with two extraordinary masseuses.
As for the restaurant we had only eaten there at noon, I highly recommend booking, even in the evening.

Very pleasant concierge staff. They assisted us with an early check in. This was great as my wife is pregnant and in need of rest. The hotel is trendy with modern smart room integrated with auto blinds, lights, complete with amenities. It looks real sleek and posh. My fave part of the room is the seat cushion next to the window. I lounge after checking in and listened to rain drops.

Nice looking hotel at first sight. A few remarks. Rooms are too small for the price you pay. Personnel is quite unfriendly and not well trained. Service is a lot less than can be expected for a 4 star hotel. On the other hand some good points. Free minibar in the room that gets refilled every day with some water, sodas and beer. Location of the hotel is ideal for a city trip. It's in the heart of the historical centre.

Ideal location to visit the city centre. Decort cozy and original. Extremely expensive breakfast. Sleeping of good quality, however the practice is sacrificed to aesthetics.

Very nice hotel, with a small but good restaurant and bar. Great central location, we caught the tram or bus right outside the door to get to various sights. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful and were able to meet all of our requests. They provided good advice on sights, transportation options and fado restaurants. Would stay here again. Con: some noise from the square.

Very well located, but the proximity and where the poor insulation of the rooms make it very noisy. The rooms very dark little brightness. As for the staff they are barely smiling. And the spa broke down. Disappointed as a whole.

We stayed for four nights. Very nice staff, we had a room next to the elevator and we didn't hear any noise. Perfect soundproofing. Nice room. SPA with very professional staff and great. Kindness, hearty breakfast, tapas bar area very nice, strong point also in the Center, 5min from the Quai du Tagus… We recommend.

The highlight of this hotel is its location, close to all the places that are to be discovered in the city of Lisbon and close to the transport.

Very nice breakfast. Very good place to visit and explore lisabon. Bathroom is fancy but there are little damages. Electric-installation of the lamps of the bed are looking dangerous.

Great service and excellent location. We could walk all around the centre and the metro and trams are just outside for longer trips. The staff are great especially in the restaurant and bar. My only negative is that the decor is too dark, it's quite oppressive. It is trying too hard to be funky.

Small but Nice, clean and very centrale … good for few days. …

Room was fine. Didn't take advantage of any other facilities (breakfast, spa). Shower spray was impossible to keep in the bath, so floor always wet. Great blackout curtains, slept brilliantly. Good soundproofing as the square outside was quite busy but couldn't hear a thing with the door closed.

On our honeymoon my husband and I were staying in Lisbon and our Honeymoon Planner had booked us a couples massage at this hotel on our first night. AMAZING! I cannot say enough about the two ladies that did our couples massage. We were so tense from planning the wedding, getting no sleep, taking a red eye with a stop over to Lisbon and checking into our hotel only a couple hours before heading to the Spa at the Hotel Figueira. The spa is very small with great views of the castle. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. While I have had multiple massages before my husband had never had one. We filled out a form and much to my surprise the tailored the massages to what we filled out! Top 2 massage I have ever received EVER. I told my husband I was a little sad that is his first massage because it was SO good that if he ever wants another one he might be disappointed. After the massage we used the sauna and steam room followed by a beautiful bottle of champagne and some fruits that I had specialty requested. Thank you! Thank you so very much for starting off our Honeymoon is such an amazing way!

We happened upon this place a few hours ago, our last evening in Lisbon. I ordered the soup du jour, a creamy vegetable, which was superb, and something called a 'filet steak hamburger. ' Seriously, I was expecting a banal burger with generic pub fries but the waiter presented a platter: fully filet burger accented with onions, sweet ham/bacon, and fresh tomato slices between real Portuguese buns. I seriously think it was the best 'burger' I've ever had, but really it was more like a steak, alongside a healthy portion of fresh cut fries and garden salad. If we weren't leaving tomorrow I would go back for the same. The fig salad and fig cheese cake were also excellent, and worth it. What a gem of a place; what tastes Figus left us with.

Since Everything is correct. Great rooms at a justifiable price. Very friendly and courteous staff. Small criticism: a coffee machine at Breakfast does not fit to the Rest of the house.

Impeccable service, the rooms are amazing and all the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They stored our luggage for a week with no charge even after we offered to pay. The only letdown was the breakfast.
