When we entered, we threw away the blankets, because they had some weird stains… The staff was helpful, the location ok, it was accessible indeed, but it wasn't clean and it had holes on the walls! I wouldn't go again…

Cheap place and good area, communication is very good.

Excellent value for money. Hotel well located: Bus in front of the entrance, Metro just 10 minutes. Perfect to visit the city without ruining. Friendly staff Pastry shop downstairs. Possibility to leave your luggage before entering the room. Payment on arrival in cash.

Just for sleep. Not so good. Nice and gentle at the reception.

I just visited a room with a stale smell, small and in a very old-fashioned style. So I decided not to book for my friends.

For the price paid, it's fine. There is little more to review. Small rooms and just cleanliness. There are some upgradeable details like adding hand towels. If you are considering staying here, it is advisable to bring your own shampoo and gel.
The rooms are not equipped with hairdryer but if you ask, kindly offer one at reception.
The staff speaks English and is nice.

Excellent value for money. Too bad the windows didn't close, while we were in December. A little noisy. Friendly staff No breakfast. Pretty close to the subway and downtown.

For the proce and location it is a great deal. Dont expect much luxury though. Cleaning during the stay is paid separately if required by guests.

It's a bit of a dump, old fashioned and smelly, the area looks seedy and run down. The staff are really helpful and speak good English, it's also cheap. Would not stay here again.

If you want something dirty and shabby but for little price in Lisbon, stay here… if you want something cleaner find something better… I give a star for giving something. The bad treatment to the clients is its normal tonic…

Close to the city center, clean-ish, small room, low water pressure.

Staff very friendly and always available affordable price at all location almost central 15 mins walk to Metro Center a 7 minute walk room a little small one towel and on this one could do more cleaning every 3 days place Quiet.

You get what you pay for. Not the best finishes. 24 hour reception. Good for a night or two. Free Wi-Fi thorough out the building.

I was there for 10 nights. Owner is very aggressive, A/C was not working and driped a lot of water directly to electric suckets. Filthy, bad quality accommodation, very noisy not possible to sleep.

The receptionists speak English only. They have to pay in cash. But the neighborhood is quiet, close to the subway. At the bottom of the hotel there is a great bakery for lunch. The rooms are air conditioned but feel it contained. For three days is good.

Very convenient for bus 760 which goes directly to Praça Figueira. Small tablecloths are missing. Excellent and economical shuttle service on reservation.

Nice location, free Wi-Fi, several shops and a pastelaria nearby.

A good hotel just off the metro. Comfortable room, comfortable mattress and nice enough staff. The bathroom in the room extremely small and the aerator did not work. The rest is perfect.

It is a smallish hotel with 4 and 5 person rooms. There is a 24-hour service desk. It is quite nice.

Excellent value for money. Clean room, a bit small but with ample bathroom. Paying public parking near or on the road right underneath the Hotel. The location is very good.

The room was very small.

Worst service ever. Checked in around 8 and noticed it smelled bizarre in the lobby and got room 206. The room had a back smell of old pantyliner period blood and mold. I worked in sanitation… I didn't complain at first as I thought maybee the smell would go away if I open the windows and left for awhile. Came back in the morning at 6am and the room still had this weird funk. Decided not to sleep in it as it could of been sewage backing up and could fall sick from the fumes. Didn't even lie down on the mattress and didn't want to give me a room change. Instead they told me that the cleaning lady was going to check it out, and when I asked again they said at 9am… The same day I'm checking out. Fustration and no sleep.

One night very well, there were four of us two adults with detm. The staff were fantastic, everything was clean.

It was simply incredible! First you had properly many long black hairs in the bed if you took away the bedspread.
This came, they had the idea to open a site in the hotel on a Sunday. It has been drilled, hammered and sawed up evening at 23:00.
So there was the feeling the worst I've ever experienced!
Absolutely not to be recommended.
At least you have returned after I freaked out my money me at the hotel.

This hotel is a very good reception. But for the rest of the benefits, it is much more mixed. Household does every 3 days (but it is still very clean) and there is no breakfast included. However, there is a café (unwelcoming) downstairs that serves breakfasts. For very cheap.
Above all, do not take room at the same level as reception, because it's very noisy! Insulation is deplorable. Or so bring earplugs.
It's a little way out of the metro, and the center of Lisbon. But it is a good base not expensive when you arrive in Lisbon.

Not too bad for the price. Although a little hard bedding.

Friendly staff and nice localization, but the room had mold, we had no hot water in the morning and the breakfast had very few options and lasts only 2 hours.
