This is a friendly and well located hotel. The staff were very helpful and dealt quickly with any questions. The Metro station is directly outside the hotel and so convenient for going to and from the airport as well as getting around Lisbon. It is a comfortable, not a fancy, hotel but none the worse for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast and next to the park, Metro line and Yellow Bus stops. Wi-Fi is a bit slow as the lifts for the business travelers. Try to get a room on the lower levels.

Particularly well located at the intersection of 2 metro lines. Alameda Station.
You can come very easily and directly from the airport.
We can go very easily, also in the centre of Lisbon.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast is full and plentiful.

A bit old for the price but well located especially for the subway at the foot of the hotel.

The view is nice and the rooms are just OK, nothing special. The staff are quite… un-empathetic, slammimg doors as early as 8 AM, playing music, and talking very loudly while cleaning the rooms (did I mention that they repeatedly just LOVE to slam doors? ). Anyway, this might be fine if you wake up before that, but it totally sucks if you are, like me, a younger person that probably partied the night before — THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU if you want to sleep more than 8 AM. When I went to tell the staff to keep it a bit quiet, I had a hard time communicating, as they hardly know english. The food at breakfast is also very very good, not to be unfair here. But all in all this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO if you want a good night's sleep, or to rest in the afternoon. The walls are paper thin.

Friendly staff. Our room was a bit outdated, there were no dirty curtains and the outside of the tub used to shower broken. What I least liked, though, is having to wait for breakfast. The hotel has 11 floors, so many guests and the breakfast room is really too small, I often have to queue, wait for it to free if a table. For the rest a nice breakfast, sweet and salty.

Had a great discount here we paid around 60€ for one night with breakfast. The beds were not incredible comfy but the breakfast was great. For what we paid for was a good value for your money, is not worth 100€ per night.

Highly recommended. … because newly renovated… also own restaurant on the ground floor is integrated. Besides, you approved separated by road. … "First row Fussfrei" to the expansive beach.

Too noisy at night — every time someone went to the bathroom in the neighbouring room we woke up from the noise of the flush. Can't imagine, however, that this is so in every room — otherwise the hotel would have been no longer any guests. Had asked at the reception for another room, unfortunately without success. They wanted to take care of it — but that was also due to renewed demand. It's a pity, because the hotel has a very good metro connection, good breakfast (even if the room is a little small for so many guests), nice staff and of course the price. But we will certainly not stay here any more.

Hotel well located good breakfast staff welcoming the only negative is that when you come in couple want are 2 small bed attached it's not terrible.

Hotel Niquel! Very good location, nice staff, spacious and clean room.

For me it is always the first choice as a reference point of the hotel for location, services and value for money. I recommend it especially if you can find special rates.

We were in a room for 3, spacious, clean and fresh. The catering for breakfast is complete and very good. The parking, goes with a few tickets that you get at the reception, but when they run out, the ticket of the car park, runs from your account. Centrally located, with Metro stop at the door and bus stop.

Comfortable room, subway at the feet of the hotel, black dot the outside noise.

Very good value for money, great location There is a parking near the hotel and the restaurant Q is opposite great.

3 Star Hotel. It's clean but needs to be reformed. Still I recommend it as without being in the center of the city, has a subway mouth right in front, about 10 meters and if you have to change sidewalk and the truth that is super comfortable, especially at night and if you think about rent a car It is also good site as it is located at a point where it is easy to find parking without having to pay parking.

The hotel is completely in line with the Stars category. Simple in the rooms and bathroom but perfectly covers the needs. Clean rooms without protruding.
It is very well located, close to the center, two subway lines pass right next door, and indoor and cheap parking just opposite.
Ideal Hotel for airport (7 minutes).
No Restaurant, but a small bar of vending machines. In front of the hotel restaurants and bars very good and cheap.

Decent Hotel. Clean but very dated rooms. The breakfast It was very close to the metro station.

The condition of the rooms is mediocre to say the least. Everything is dated and you can tell it desperately needs a touch-up. The furniture is old and the room just looks warn out. But I gotta say the food/breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The selection was good and the taste was excellent!

Great location, beside metro. The room was very small as was the double bed which was so hard we put the two spare blankets on the mattress to soften it a bit. Staff very nice and the breakfast was good. We had never been in such small elevators, 4 people could just about squeeze in but if you had luggage it could only take 3. Underground parking is about 50 metres away. As we didn't want to leave laptops and other valuables in the car for 3 days we took them, along with our luggage, to the hotel. There is no luggage trolley in the hotel so you make several elevator trips to your room, if you're lucky to get in the elevator in the first place. No offer of help from the staff. We are pretty easy going people but we wouldn't recommend this hotel, apart from its location. This is our second time in lovely Lisbon and won't be our last, but not at this hotel.

Great place for a short stay in Lisbon. Metro really close, rooms are not too modern but absolutely okay. Breakfast a bit poor but tasty.

The service was amazing, very cozy rooms and the breakfast was very nice. Additionally the treatment was very good and its one of the cheaper hotels. Definitely recommend staying there.

We were 3 night with 2 kids. Room looking nice and tidy. Everyday towels had been delivered and fresh make up bed. Great breakfast and staff very helpful.

They shouldn't advertise that they have internet when they know it doesn't work, not even in the reception, downstairs, in the middle of the night. If you are going to Lisbon on business avoid this hotel.
