We had a wonderful holiday! The Hotel persons are super friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast Perfect.

This is a lovely hotel in every respect and the initial care and attention that Patricia on the reception desk provided when checking in was truly excellent. She really knows the value of great customer service.

Stylish and proper hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice and huge room with a lovely view to the sea. Great breakfast. Close to beach and easy access by train to Lisbon central.

Wonderful atmosphere and location. Very nice food for breakfast, but very little service or help over breakfast and on our last morning there was almost no cutlery available, there was one knife in the cutlery tray and it was dirty.

Not a 4 star hotel — more like a 2 star. Breakfast was terrible…

The views were great, the room was large, a kitchenette area, full living room then a separate bedroom with the bathroom adjoining. Tonya, a former tour guide gave excellent advice for sites and dining. Loved it!

Very noisy from the road, the rooms have long required renovation, but the large bedroom and hall, the fresh smell of water and algae, the restaurant does not have many dishes listed on the menu.

Very Good hotel in general. Although we went in low season the hotel found it very acceptable. Very large Rooms, almost like apartments, sign of Wi-Fi acceptable (and free), the hotel employees very friendly, very good views in most of the rooms (is a few 50 m from the beach), continental breakfast included in the price quite complete (Fruit, bread, cereals, dairy, eggs, bacon…) and free parking. It Is at the foot of a road with enough traffic but you don't hear much noise. To put a paste the dining room is small but obviously me recommend it.

On sea front. Convenient to explore Lisbon and western shore as well as Sintra. Clean. Reasonable pricing.

Great hotel, great views and amazing service.

We spent only two nights, very good service at a suitable price. The room was very nice. Away from the center so you have to move by car or, the train station is about 6 blocks.

I only stayed one night so I will value the room, they are big they have lounges, coffee maker and welcome coffees and bonbons very cool the room. The only drawback esque just behind the hotel passes the train and you hear Feisimo, at night it doesn't happen but Joe by day is horrible cuts the charm wing stay.

Old Otelchik, but its undoubted + it is that on coast.

Huge rooms, river and ocean views, free parking and a delicious restaurant make the hotel a great choice for relaxation combined with sightseeing from both Lisbon and Sintra with the surrounding area.

We went for dinner at 9:30 and asked them if it was too late for dinner there and if it was it would not be a problem since we knew they closed at 10 and could always too to McDonalds or something for a bite. They told us that was not a problem at all and we still had plenty of time and sat us down. Once sat down, the waiter came from the kitchen after a drw minutes and told us we could only pick two things from the menu, their cod fish or octopus, as per the chefs instructions. We were a little annoyed since this is something you say in the beginning, not after sitting us down, getting us drinks and giving us time to look at the menu. We told him we didn't like either as we don't like seafood/fish in general and told him we could just lay our drinks and go somewhere else. He then said he would confirm with the chef but he was sure we could have burgers there as it was quick to cook. I could see from my seat into the kitchen as the waiter just held the door open to and the chef, and I could see the chef rolling his eyes as the waitwr asked if he could do burgers. The chef very angry replied "okay" and the waiter told us that was fine and would bring us out food shortly. At this point about 20 minutes had passed already so I wasn't sure why such a big deal about the time, but we waited. Another 20 minutes pass and our food arrives. A burger with a few Ruffles chips and a few plain tortilla chips (? ) But boyfriend and I ate the burger. But we did not eat the chips.

Staff super nice and helpful. Eat Nice Brazilian service and delicious. Rooms large with sea views. Hotel but outdated. Breakfast table varied.

Amazing views at a reasonable price. Decent breakfast and they have daily dinner specials. Great place for a vacation.

The hotel is very good. Clean, caring and very large rooms. Breakfast not included is a bit pricey, 8e x person. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very quiet and the beach was very noisy and not worth much.

Hotel in a noisy environment as located between the N6 (4 Lanes) and the railway line with a train by 20minutes. In the morning the garbage collectors make a racket from 7:00 a. M. Without a Hold.
The positives, Sea view, large room almost apartment, parking, cleanliness, friendly and smiling staff.
The points to improve would be the quality of the products of breakfast, a small refreshment in the Bathrooms.

A bit on the pricy side and located no where near a train station is the only reason I give this place 4 stars. The views are amazing, the service was terrific, and the food was just alright. It's close enough to Praca do Arcos to walk and get food and that is where the train station is also located. It's about 30 minutes by foot! I wouldn't stay here again, but it was alright to do once.

Great staff and great facility in a fabulous location. The breakfast was not the best though. Eggs bacon and sausage tasted cheaply made!

It's a four star but it's a spare 1.5
— The Wi-Fi is only picked up at the reception. That, in the 21st century, is like no light.
— there is no ramp for wheelchairs or trolleys at the entrance.
-Breakfast is pretty bad.
-The facilities are very old, needs a good reform.
-It's between the road and the train track. So, between one thing and the other, there's quite a bit of noise.
— reception staff are quite dry.
They are also thieves: I left clothes forgotten in the bathroom and they tell me it was not, so the cleaner has remained and have not worried the least to find it.
As a single positive point, the rooms are very large, it should be an old apart-hotel. They have a huge living room and kitchen.
In short: I would not repeat.

Nice big rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast is realy poor, no juice only squash, cold scrambled eggs and sausages.

Good location, wonderful staff and amazing restaurant.

It is a nice place to stay. We found it at the last minute. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and she tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Rooms are large and clean. They can easily fit a family of five. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is only available on the lobby not in the rooms which is inconvenient since you have to go to the lobby every time you need internet connection. We didn't try the breakfast which cost around €10 per person a little bit overpriced for a family of five and you can find cheaper price at the local malls which have amazing restaurants. Swimming pool is not big and a little bit deep for small kids. If your kids know how to swim then you should not worried. But the hotel is very quiet and just across the river. I recommend if you look for quietness and have a large family. Not a four stars hotel but can be if they update rooms, appliances and air conditioning.

I got home yesterday from staying at the hotel for 5 days! We had a great time! We had a lovely sea view suite! The staff were great! I also got the pleasure of meeting the hotel owner yesterday and was able to have a chat with him he was lovely! Such a warm and welcoming hotel!

This hotel very friendly the staff and very friendly and competent have eat there very well it's very good I advise you to spend a stay that will be very nice.

The staff here were really helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. There is a small pool with about 8 sunloungers but only one umbrella: insufficient for comfortable use. We booked the cheapest suite because nothing else was available. It was really spacious with a little balcony, but the "double" bed was two singles pushed together. The air or carpet freshner used in the hallways was sickeningly cloying. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk from two train stations, but both routes are along a busy carriageway with no shade.

Nice location and view over the sea. The interior of the hotel, is looking old and could use a upgrade.

A must go. Kept very badly broken old furniture in the rooms, is very ancient. I also made a photo that I posted. Surly staff that knows the English language astento. Very dirty is with a breakfast of two stars. I mean experience to behold. We must not go.

Sensational dinner! Beautiful garden with sea view and huge rooms.
