Is a bery nice and confaortable place. Spacious rooms with a nice view at the ocean. Very kind personel. Food is great. We enjoyed every moment.

The good care at all times by staff. Regarding the food, quality, variety and very good!

Good standard of accommodation for the price. All freshly refurbed and staff are very helpful.

Good facilities, good pool and garden with another covered pool, good selection for breakfast, 25min walk to centre of Cascais, small supermarket and good patisserie nearby, hotplate cooking and fridge in the room, some local restaurants overlooking the sea within 10 mins walk.

Hotel very welcoming, the staff competent and attentive, the breakfast is wonderful, with everything from the coffee to the desserts. The rooms are comfortable with view on the sea, I had a great time. I recommend.

We have been staying at this hotel since 29.05 to 05.06.18. A quiet place, a good hotel, the room is renovated, we have 512 rooms. The bed is very comfortable and good pillows, the kitchen corner pleased, all the necessary to eat. There's a Russian Channel 1 on Channel 427 sort of, so that's pretty cool. The room is very clean, cleaned every day. In the evenings we go to the bath and pool, very relaxing. The breakfasts are good, you can take food to the room. Yes, in general, all is well, maybe only young people will be bored, and so everything is decent.

I think it's all right. The pool something small but nice. The menus a little expensive, thankfully the rooms have a mini kitchen. A quiet area, near the mouth of hell, and several museums.

Comfortable and clean cozy hotel.

One of the best in Europe. Wonderful staff and accommodations and a breakfast that is 2nd to none in EU. Loved every moment there and staff could not do enough for you to ensure the experience was great, and it was.

Very friendly staff (like everyone else in Portugal) but the very regular site with very old furniture and carpeting (when the furniture is so old the carpets are suspicious). We were given rooms with a view of the road and that was winter and the hotel was half empty. But its location seems to me to be a good choice and a good value for when, like us, we just wanted to sleep and as a general headquarters to do excursions to the surroundings. Of course not to enjoy the beaches. The breakfast was very good (eye: Much better the Barista coffee maker than the Nescafé;) )

We had a pleasant stay at Pestana Cascais. It has nice rooms and a lovely view of the ocean.

Generally speaking hotel is fine — room is clean and comfortable. Could be better because it's a bit aged. Hotel guests can use a swimming pool, a sauna (Finnish and steam) and also a small gym (with limited equipment). There is also a restaurant with bar. Wi-Fi connection in whole hotel.

Nice hotel but very disapointed with room, as a pestana vacation club member we were assured we would have the best facilities and this hotel, as it was on our list was available. The kitchenette was sparse, we even had to buy tea towels, no kettle, we boiled water in a pan no microwave as promised!. The room was dated with kick boards below kitchen units rotting! Definately long overdue an upgrade, this review for room 408 a third rate room. The hotel seems clean and modern in public areas, no entertainment though, cannot comment on food as we were on room only basis. Moved to pestana Alvor for second week what a transformation apartment fantastic with ever appliance provided, immaculate! October 2017.

Luxury Hotel with swimming pool, spacious rooms and good bed, care in all details.

So disappointed with this hotel. Had booked a 'superior' room (supposedly) but we wanted a twin, so were moved from a terrible first-floor double overlooking the car park to a terrible first-floor 'regular' twin overlooking the car park (they call it a "land view") with no recompense or hotel credit, which they claimed was because they were full. They absolutely weren't. No access to the beach road so had to walk a long way round when a gate would have made life much easier. Swimming pool utterly freezing. Shuttle into town (about a 40min walk) only operated Mon-Fri. Breakfast average. Kitchen facilities dated. Bathroom door didn't shut. Were missing towels on occasion. The bar man (José, I think) was really lovely, as was the amazing shuttle bus driver (who went above and beyond) and some of the other staff, and would return to say hello to them, but otherwise would never stay again. The bakery and supermarket opposite are brilliant as is the nearby cluster of restaurants. A real shame about the hotel as Cascais is absolutely wonderful.

Both swimming pools were very nice so as the spa and massage (specially Angela). Staff was good in order to help us changing our reservation (Pedro Lima) and checking in and out. Unfortunately the room is old and the amazing ocean view is not able to make it more comfortable. Furniture has to be changed (or renewed) and the AC must be fixed because it is very noisy. Only the bed (apparently) and TV are new. The bathroom was not so bad but the bathtub must be safer when using only the shower.
The most disappointing thing was breakfast. Even the 2 stars Ibis hotel in Lisbon was better. Juices are terrible, breads seens to be from 2 days ago, scrambled eggs were cold, bacon is NOT bacon at all… and not having the Pastel de Nata for breakfast?!?! In Portugal?! Sorry, no excuses! Cucumber instead?!?!?! Ohh no! Please, fire the F&B manager now!

The main disappointment with this hotel was that we had read that it was 'very close' to beaches. Photos of the hotel suggested to us that is literally right next to the beach. In fact it is a 40 minute walk to the nearest beaches and the town. There is a free shuttle bus into the town but this only runs at certain times of the day — not in the evening — and for some reason, not at weekends. Hence it is of limited usefulness. Taxis are expensive and we spent a lot of the holiday walking backwards and forwards to Cascais, often in stifling temperatures. There is nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. The swimming pool at the hotel was fairly standard but unfortunately seemed to cause a nasty rash on my children's skin. This was too uncomfortable for them to continue playing in the pool and the rash caused stinging when they tried to play in the sea. This therefore limited the holiday somewhat. We told the hotel reception (as other families told us that their children had similar problems) and they said they would review the levels of chemicals in the pool. They also offered to get us some cream for the rashes which was kind. The only other complaint was that the hotel receptionist would not let us have a kettle! She said the hotel was full and there were not enough to go round. She gave one to my daughters and said we had to share that one but they were in a different room on a different floor of the hotel. We had to boil a pan to make a cup of tea!

The room was very clean and spacious, the hotel staff is charming, the location ideal.
The salt flat the room was ready for the kitchen and therefore very noisy from 6am
But we had a great holiday.

The hotel is good. We had a large room also good. Breakfast is good. Swimming pools are excellent, the indoor one is actually quite warm! The bad points are that the hotel is nowhere near Cascais, nowhere near a beach which is important for my family. No nightlife anywhere near. No entertainment in the hotel which is a little boring!

Beautiful place. Our room had no view and the bathroom is too dark to read. Great 2nd hand bookshop. Asked for double bed and got two joined beds. Breakfast OK.

Hotel staff are friendly and very nice. Hotel itself is not great. When we arrived, there was a damp odor emitting from the bathroom. Maid service wasn't great either– we returned one evening to find ourselves with no towels nor toilet paper. Beds are uncomfortable. View from rooms are good. Overall the stay wasn't too great.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff and making an effort to speak French.
Small drawback, choice of very limited meal (meat, fish, sometimes lack of accompaniments as vegetables, rice, potatoes but, always very fresh products. )
Very clean establishment, however a little entertainment in the evening would be welcome as the place is very quiet (ideal for rest …).
In addition, a small shuttle with a friendly driver allows you to quickly get to the centre of Cascais (very pleasant city with many shops and restaurants).

Room had a balcony and sea view. Room is dated. Two single beds together which I hate and asked for double bed. Bed was too soft, safe broken, bed light switch broken. Mouldy grouting in bath and air-con noisy but did work. Room size good and so was balcony Breakfast average but not great. Indoor pool and out door pool fabulous.

A very good apartment hotel. Nice and kind personell here :-) We enjoy our time here a lot.

The airport bus stops outside the hotel.
Opposite the hotel there is a mini market that sells a bit of everything, not always cheap but pretty good.
In high season, the hotel has a free shuttle that liaises to the station (in the middle) several times a day.
A about a 20-minute walk, the center of Cascais, where there is
-the Jumbo supermarket and a food market 2 x/week
-Center (Gallery) commercial where the top floor is dedicated to the fast food in all kind (not far from the beaches)
-station very convenient to go to Lisbon at reasonable price
-sandy beaches, free or subsidized
-restaurants and fast food
I'm going for several years and the staff is always friendly.
