Very nice place to stay, if you want to be inspired with rural atmosphere of Portugal. In the same time it is not far from Lisbon. I would recommend to spend here a couple of days.

We stayed in Casa Simplicity B&B some days in our tour in Portugal. Casa Simplicity is in Obidos’ area between Lisboa and Oporto. Christel and Thomas are extraordinary.

Staying with Rich & Sam was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. From the moment we arrived, we felt not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for.

Amazing! Sam And Rich were the best hosts we have ever had! They have built a little oasis with great attention to detail.

Such a lovely and cozy place! In the morning, we would wake up to the pleasant chirping of birds in the garden, and a delightful, light breakfast awaited us, prepared by the hosts.

· It felt like a second home. Our hosts were so welcoming and generous, they were like old friends. In fact I now consider them friends and will make it a point to visit them if I am ever in the area!

Perfect spot to explore Peniche, Óbidos & Nazaré. We traveled with our dog and loved staying in this calm agricultural area – so peaceful compared to the busy coast.

What a surprise awaits😊 We have hiked passed this farm on our way to Obidos many times, but never realised what a fabulous place it was!

Helpful and polite receptionist, very comfortable bed, fantastic shower and hair dryer. Breakfast basic but good.

The hotel is a good choice for one day, the location is perfect and the rooms cozy and clean but for 3 persons the room was quite small.

This is a lovely place to stay. We found it when our hotel got cancelled for no reason. It was 7:30 at night; they still had the front desk open, and a live person answered my call.

This place was beyond what I imagined. Newly refurbished/renovated, it was immaculate and just beautiful.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is located just a few minutes walking to the entrance of Obidos. There is a garden at the back with a beautiful view of the valley.

I stayed only one night, but was very confortable, the location is great, only a short walk to the exclusive Obidos city.

This place is amazing, it is perfectly located just outside the wall of the old city and the hospitality of Francisco and the family is wonderful.
